Their customer service and mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, the information provided is easy to understand and the transparency of the work they have done is a breath of fresh air. While everything was taken apart, Auto Craftsmen mechanics discovered other problems which could have left me stranded on the side of the road if not taken care of. Instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to charge me for another visit, they let me know of the issues, and the repairs got done. What could have been close to a $1000 visit after the fact, was instead barely over $100 extra on my original estimate.
