At first they told me it would be the following day before they could get a driver to me , I had to get a little gruff with the dispatcher and requested they either reject the call so I could be re dispatched to another company or find a driver. They found a driver. I only had to wait about 2 hours and they sent a kid named Shane out... I being a former repair shop owner and tow truck owner myself, (retired). I was fully aware of the process and procedures related with this tow. Shane was cleancut, polite and professional. He informed me he was reasonably new to the trade and 3-4 years or so.. He was aware of my background and said he was nervous being critiqued by a veteran driver. i replied to him no need, you're doing just fine. all in all he was prompt, efficient, professional, and extremely accommodating to us. They assured us it was "live" now. We waited another 35 minutes, called again, and still no help. At that point we started calling tow companies for a simple jump‑start. The first company quoted $265 just to come out. That price tells you everything about how they operate. Then we called Camel Towing, and they quoted $65 -- literally two hundred dollars cheaper. They were polite, straightforward, and got a truck on the way immediately. About ten minutes later, Triple A finally showed up, so we had to cancel with Camel Towing. The man on the phone couldn't have been nicer. No frustration, no attitude -- he just said he'd call his driver back. Honest, professional, and respectful. If you need a tow or a jump in Lake Havasu, Camel Towing is the company to call. They're fair, quick, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot -- they've earned it.

When we went back we couldn't open the door into the RV. Shouldn't be a problem, just go through the cab of the vehicle... uh oh - both doors are locked... and the dog is in the RV and had been in there for a couple of hours - it was time for a walk. We looked at each other... neither of us had keys - they were hanging inside the RV. Fortunately we have AAA Premium with RV coverage. I put in a service request on the AAA app on one of our phones. I mentioned our dog was in the RV and my husband's meds were also in there (he's diabetic). 5 minutes after I submitted the request a AAA rep called me to get more information. She said it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours...yikes... I said ok. She then asked about the dog and my husband's meds. She said she would mark it urgent. 5 minutes later I got a call from a local tow company, City Towing, which works out of Kingman and Williams. She said they had someone on the way, but it would be about half an hour. 5 minutes later a young man named Ty called to let us know he was on his way. I got 2 more calls from AAA and City Towing checking to see if we were OK and if our dog was okay. (I appreciated them staying in touch and keeping us advised of an ETA.) Ty made it to our RV park within 35 minutes of me first submitting my service request. Ty arrived and within about 10 minutes, had us in our rig and we had our dog out. Kuddos to City Towing and Ty for being more than prompt, professional and efficient, and unlocking our vehicles doors in a very timely fashion.
