They assured us it was "live" now. We waited another 35 minutes, called again, and still no help. At that point we started calling tow companies for a simple jump‑start. The first company quoted $265 just to come out. That price tells you everything about how they operate. Then we called Camel Towing, and they quoted $65 -- literally two hundred dollars cheaper. They were polite, straightforward, and got a truck on the way immediately. About ten minutes later, Triple A finally showed up, so we had to cancel with Camel Towing. The man on the phone couldn't have been nicer. No frustration, no attitude -- he just said he'd call his driver back. Honest, professional, and respectful. If you need a tow or a jump in Lake Havasu, Camel Towing is the company to call. They're fair, quick, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot -- they've earned it.

At first they told me it would be the following day before they could get a driver to me , I had to get a little gruff with the dispatcher and requested they either reject the call so I could be re dispatched to another company or find a driver. They found a driver. I only had to wait about 2 hours and they sent a kid named Shane out... I being a former repair shop owner and tow truck owner myself, (retired). I was fully aware of the process and procedures related with this tow. Shane was cleancut, polite and professional. He informed me he was reasonably new to the trade and 3-4 years or so.. He was aware of my background and said he was nervous being critiqued by a veteran driver. i replied to him no need, you're doing just fine. all in all he was prompt, efficient, professional, and extremely accommodating to us. That was the hiccup. Not knowing much at all about EV cars we just jumped in it after looking it over a bit though NOT noticing the fuel/electric gauge. Well we made it off 40 onto 95 straight into the terribles parking lot with 7 miles to spare. We called the rental car road emergency help line....What a joke 3 1/2 hours waiting...finally called our triple AAA and they had A TOE TRUCK (company) out within 30 min. Can't tell you how professional & helpful Johnny and his dispatch were. OMG just so relaxing and worry free they made us feel. We were panicking before he showed up. He got the car up on flat bed with no issues. Took us to the Nissan dealer we found online while waiting...which had public power strip. Jonny's acts of kindness, informational guidance, reassuring, calming like a true friend voice made the end to long day worth it.
