You know AAA will pay you and you know there is almost 0 signal and you cancelled the help. So you told me you will Send another truck since you cancelled this one. So we waited. 30 min later get a call from your company telling us that they are just now sending someone and gives us a 30 min ETA. Are you kidding me. So after hours of waiting the driver showed up. Very nice and guy and he felt so bad. He was great. He was nice and felt so bad for us. I tipped him and thanked him. He explained that he would discuss the issue with his boss and try and make sure this didn't happen to someone else. Thank you and hats off to the driver as he was the only person who seemed to give a crap that we were out of gas in the middle of the desert.
