We started with the pierogies, which I highly recommend and would give it five stars. The salmon was perfectly cooked. and while a smaller portion, plenty for dinner. The blackened chicken Penny was pretty good as well. Chicken was perfectly cooked although not terribly spicy. Drink prices were very reasonable. Only disappointment was probably the dessert. Had the Doubletree cookie dough Ala mode. It was OK, but honestly none of the desserts on the list intrigued me. read more

Good service and one of the better breakfast buffet I have had in a while! 330 Bar & Grill is located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Canton Downtown. We were staying in the hotel so it was a perfect option to grab some food this morning. We both went with the Breakfast buffet. I feel like the price point was a little high at $18.00 a person but that maybe the going rate now. For two of us it was $39.06 after tax, before tip. The food was good and I went with the buffet for the variety! Sundays I saw they have an awesome brunch menu that I would probably try next time as so much sounded good. The Breakfast Buffet offered: - Scrambled eggs (served hot) - Breakfast potatoes (served hot) -Turkey sausage, pork sausage, bacon (served hot) - Biscuits & Gravy (served hot) - Pancakes (served hot) - Breakfast pastries and danish - Fresh whole and diced fruit - Individual packages yogurt - Assorted cereals & granola - Oatmeal -Toast station with assorted sliced bread and bagels It was a very nice space and updated dining area. If your a visitor to Canton or a local and you dont know about this hidden jem, give this Bar/Restaurant a try. The menu isn't huge but everything we tried was very good. This is my 3rd trip to Canton with my sons Youth Football team. We are staying at the Doubletree Tree and they have the 330 Bar and Grill located right off the lobby. We hadn't planned on eating here but some of the others in our group started having a few drinks and decided to just stay here and get something off the menu. What a nice surprise, food was well prepared, fresh, and generous portions. I didn't write the review last night because I wanted to try lunch today just to make sure it wasn't a fluke..lol! Last night I had the Ribs, wife had the Wedge Salad and son had a Burger. For lunch today I had Wings and Buffalo Chicken Soup, wife had Broccoli Cheddar Soup and son had Grilled Cheese and Fries. We enjoyed both meals and this being my 3rd time to Canton, Ohio, I find the 330 Bar and Grill to me my favorite place to get good meal. Last night the Bartender was Mason, what a great job he did. Any drink we requested, he nailed it. Long Island Iced Tea, Blue Hawaiian, you name it he made it and he was 100% spot on! Probably one of the better hotel restaurants I've been to. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and quick to our table. Only downside is I feel it was a bit pricey. The restaurant was clean and not overly decorated which made it a relaxing atmosphere. I am not a fan of sweet potatoes but these were by far the best sweet potato fries I've ever had! read more

Service was fabulous. Restaurant is right off the entrance..there was a wedding reception 30ft away..so loud you couldn't hear your friends at the table. As for the food...my spouse had potroast came with frozen fries...was smothered in some kind of weird gravy..odd flavor ...but atleast his was hot.. I ordered hanger steak with chimchurri and pierogi. Ummm chef needs a lesson on how to make pierogi..deep fried and I'm betting reheated in microwave as they were hard and chewy. My meat was tasty..tender...barely any chimchurri on the plate. All of it was covered in the same odd tasting gravy as hubs. Sadly We won't go back..no atmosphere...to loud...parking is non existent... Food was $$$ and less than mediocre. read more

Everything was good here. Sauerkraut balls were on point! Pierogies and flatbread were also very good, but didn't stand out like the sauerkraut balls. We just went in for a snack and a couple beers, but the manager was kind enough to even bring us a Doubletree cookie to end our meal. We sat at the bar and it was pretty quiet on a Friday afternoon. A nice relaxing place to have lunch. A pleasant addition to downtown Canton is the 330 Bar & Grill located in the old McKinley Grand Hotel, now a Hilton Doubletree. Even as you walk in the main door of the hotel through to the restaurant everything is fresh and beautiful. The restaurant has a Saturday and Sunday brunch menu until 3 with a nice array of cocktails and a good combination of breakfast and lunch items. The omelette comes with up to 4 ingredients and was delicious as were the potatoes! The only downside (and it's just a small little thing) is I ordered a side of toast with butter and preserves and it was literally one piece of toast cut in half. It was delicious, especially with the preserves I had just wished there was more. The peanut butter and jelly bread pudding was very fresh and warm. We shared it as there was so much and it was on point! Definitely going to be making more trips in the future. It's so exciting having a great brunch place in downtown Canton! read more

I may need to write two reviews one for the bartenders that were great and we applauded their sincerity. As for the restaurant and manager a big F-. I can't really rate the food because they closed the kitchen an hour earlier then the posted hours on a Friday night the week of the NFL Pro Football HOF Induction. You could tell that there was electricity in the air as we emerge from the pandemic. While I'm not sure if Hilton actually owns and operates this restaurant, but I'll find out once I write their corporate offices. I'm tired of hearing we lost so much money, we can't find help and we are COVID fatigued. How can the hotel be great and the focal point of gatherings fall flat? We saw so many people come in for a drink ask for a menu and told sorry the kitchen just closed. Most turned and walked out. One would think even if you couldn't turnout the full menu you could have a some finger food or appetizers. Great outdoor seating, private dinner space. My last comment is regarding the restaurant manager "the suit" that had a I could care less attitude, moving tables screeching across the floor. Seems like something that would be done after the bars closes, especially since the bar was almost empty all before 10pm on a Saturday night. I really feel like this place would have been hopping into the early hours of morning had they just done a better job. Suffice to say but this was a very hard review for me to write. Had two different experiences here the same evening and still trying to sort it all out. We started out at 530 at the bar for a pre-dinner drink and appetizers. Service was exceptional, friendly and courteous. Food quality was excellent and drinks good as well... Onto dinner. Had a 6:30 reservation , ordered promptly . Dinner served after 7:30! Not once during this time were we approached by wait staff... No water refils, No bread offered. No apology for the extended wait time... NOTHING. One of our group ordered a glass of wine and was brought the wrong wine and when the replacement wine was brought to the table it was a very limited pour to be sure.. Food quality was probably about a 3.5 but after the long wait and negligent service we all agreed that there would be better options another time in this city ... Sorry but I have to say a 5 for the Happy Hour Experience and a 1 for the Dinner average review of 3 Stars. I sure hope that the staff realize HOW important it is even during a busy night to NEVER avoid their tables... read more

They lose one star because their drinks were significantly overpriced and they charged me for a side salad that they offered me as a substitute for my sweet potatoes. We went in with a reservation for a large group (12) on a weeknight. Most of the group ordered relatively easy things with a few exceptions. It took 1.5 hours to get our food and some wasn't as described (no chorizo in pierogies), some was missing and most was luke-warm at best. had the worst experience that I've ever had a restaurant. The service was extremely slow from our assigned waitress. At first we thought it was maybe because they were overwhelmed (although it wasn't that busy) but then we watched our drink sit at the bar for 20mins (no exaggeration) before she brought it over. Although she blamed the bartender for being slow. I kindly requested to speak to a manager, due to not only the drink issue, but water taking a long period of time to come out, and ketchup that was requested. When the manager (Rodney) finally came over he was very condescending and began to put the blame on our table and say that our full party wasn't there at 7. We explained to him that, that had nothing to do with our drink sitting at the bar for 20 minutes. He then said to me "what would you like me to do?" I told him I didn't have a solution I just wanted him to be aware. He then told me "look here's what I'll do. I'll comp the whole table and please don't invite yourself here anymore." We were very taken back by his response and his words to us. I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard him correctly. He repeated the same statement and said it was because we were rude to his employee. My table was fully shocked, because not once were we rude to her. I then told him that I'm an employee of the village, and he was condescending once more and went on to tell me how he knew the owner Mike Crawford and how I couldn't talk to him until the 19th. As we were walking out, the waitress came to me and apologized(because I was telling another table about my experience) and I asked her why she was apologizing after she caused all of this with her lies. This restaurant is inside the Hilton Doubletree. We have eaten here 3 times during our stay here and each meal has been awesome! We had a beef brisket and cheddar sandwich today for lunch which was one of the best sandwiches I think I have ever had. For dinner tonight the Ribeye steak was amazing! My daughter and I got there at 5 pm , only 1 other table occupied almost finished eating. Told the waitress,only one waitress there., we came for Restaurant Week she said nothing on that menu was left , I wanted to leave but my daughter wanted to stay we had never eaten there. The waitress never offered a I'm sorry , or you can order off the regular menu at the same price. She left us to go talk to the people at the other table she obviously knew them. Came back maybe ten minutes later we ordered she went back to other table talked then came back us maybe 5 minutes later , sorry we have no pork chops you'll have to order something else, What? So we looked again got Ribeye and Salmon meals , food was very good when we finally got it. Asked for butter and pepper waitress disappeared 5-6 minutes later we got it! Still her only customers. Ordered choc. cake and an Irish Coffee for dessert got cold cake we shared it my coffee came after we finished it was cold, not going to ask her to heat it up who knows when I would see it again. Hands down one of the worst dining experiences! My sister and I were so excited to try a relatively new place right in downtown Canton, OH. We consciously spend our money in the community to show support. Big mistake. My sister arrived first and after several minutes at the host stand decided to seat herself. She then asked the server who walked right past her without even a hello for a menu. Put in a pen in this cause we don't get menus for at least another 30min. By the time I arrive we decide to try the patio for better service. Again, we seat ourselves and wait for service. I even asked a server who was also tending bar if he could let someone know we were seated to which he replied "yeah" and entered the building never to be seen again. We never even got straws for water which was room temperature with zero ice. We only ordered 2 appetizers because we were ready to get out of there. I know this is long but I honestly have never seen a restaurant need MANAGEMENT this bad. Please do better if you're name represents our city and community. Wow talk about one amazing meal and even better service. My daughter and her friends and I stayed at the Doubletree after state swimming competition. We checked into the hotel about 9:25pm. I asked the front desk where a great place to eat was with it being so late. She suggested the bar and grill at the restaurant but that restaurant closed at 9:30 they let us know that they would keep the restaurant open for us. Our food was amazing the steak was cooked to perfection the brussels sprouts were some of the best I ever had and the lemon drop martini was perfect. With the restaurant being closed while we eat not once did we feel rushed by our waitress or any of the staff they even made great recommendations and offered dessert. This was definitely not the service I expected to get walking into a restaurant with three teenage girls. I definitely know where we will be staying and eating on our next trip to Canton! read more
