I ordered a board for 8-10 people with the crackers added $116 later - I get a board on a cheap bamboo/paper plate maybe 10x10 at best. The cheese was dry and old. I never mind paying for quality and uniqueness, but the 8x12 fruit and cheese board for $30-$50 at the Kroger cheese shop is so much better than this - just add prosciutto and salami - This board looked and tasted like it was made in advance and set out for an extended period of time. read more

Such a cute and unique place! Located right in the heart of Carmel, you can get all things charcuterie here. Super trendy and aesthetic! I came for a baby shower and it was the perfect spot for a small celebration. They have cute decor and a neon sign that says "Life is Gouda" (loved that lol). We got a medium sized charcuterie board and the baked brie which was to DIE FOR! Things are on the pricey side here but it's worth it for special occasions. The only complaints I have is that the day I was here they only had one worker so the food came out a little slow, and for the price point I wish we could choose what cheeses we wanted on the board instead of it being pre-selected. The charcuterie board was a work of art and as delicious as they looked! Fresh, clearly high-end and extravagantly yummy ingredients. Around $75 for the three of us including coffee and leftovers brought home. They have sandwiches and other items too but we wanted to try one of the boards and I'm so glad we splurged. I asked for a charcuterie box from 317 Charcuterie as one of my Mother's Day presents this year, and it was a great gift to myself! I wasn't even sure we'd be able to pick one up on so short of notice, but literally within hours of the idea popping into my head, I had a nice box of cheeses, crackers, fruit and sweets in my hands. Everything in the box was so nicely arranged. I almost didn't want to eat anything because I didn't want to disrupt it. But then I got over that feeling and dug in. Yum! My favorite was the blueberry goat cheese, the dark chocolate almonds, the prosciutto and the crumbly cheddar. I could have eaten the box by myself but I decided to share and it was still plenty. Popped into this great new spot on a Sunday afternoon. They have a digital photo booth and a fun area perfect for all the selfies. During my visit, I checked in on yelp and got a coupon to use towards my purchase- always a plus. We tried the appetizer baguette plate, char-cutie cup and two beers. Perfect Sunday Snack stop. We used 317 charcuterie for our mom's celebration of life at Bash. It was a beautiful spread of meats, cheese, crackers, jams, honey, veggies and fruits. It was beautiful and there were so many people who commented on it. We got the largest grazing board for a group of over 100 people. There was plenty to eat. The staff there were so wonderful and accommodating, as well. They provided a tasting box so we could try the food with our mom at home before she passed away. It was so wonderful to have that service. They also made themselves available on Monday which is not usually a day they work, so that was so sweet. Thank you all for your help!! read more

I'm that girl that ate it during my morning meeting in a room full of people, so breakfast envy was definitely a thing today. This board was delicious! I ate it two days after having received it. The fruit/berries were still in good condition. I just dug in without questioning what anything was and loved every bit of it. After eating most of it, I looked up 317 charcuterie to find out what my favorite cheese was and found out it was the blueberry goat cheese. I don't typically like goat cheese, so I was shocked. This cheese was so creamy and slightly sweet with the semi-dried blueberries around the edges. Holy yum! I took my girlfriend here for lunch on her birthday because she's told me a multiple times that this restaurant is her favorite charcuterie spot. I was not disappointed! I do wish there was a legend or information about what the products were. however my rating comes from the near to impossibility to reach them, especially to return the board, which you rent. texts go unanswered for days and they do not have regular store hours at their Bash location. as a matter of fact you are told not to enter Bash because you could interrupt an event. I asked for a time on a Thursday morning and was told I could return in from 1 to 1:15. I live 20 miles away. The product was very good but their new no-shop-front business model leaves something to be desired. Bummer EDIT: I should not have to follow a business on socials to find out that they're taking a month off. I feel like you might have mentioned that when I picked up the board or in any of my u answered texts. You can set an auto response to texts letting customers know you'll be back in February! I used to live in Carmel and the Residences of Carmel City Center and I was so excited to hear that this was their location. I go back and visit friends often so I put this on my list of "must try's." It's so worth it. Immediately when my friend and I walked in, we were greeted by the owner. She was so lovely and attentive. We ordered the large board and it was so inclusive. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Some of my favorites were the Brie, white cheddar and manchego. The hard salami was also good! Neither of us cared for the blueberry goat cheese- it tasted like blueberry cheesecake! The owner said that next time we can substitute that out of the board. I think that is awesome! She checked in on us a couple times to make sure we would doing good- I appreciated this. I will definitely be returning next time I am back in town! It's not the place to pop in for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. But if you want to kick back & relax for an hour or two, this place is perfect, and the servers are always friendly & attentive. SO SO Disappointed. We recently held an event for 50 ladies at 317. We plan 3 events per year, this was the worst! All the way through, Emily was slow to communicate & difficult to work with. A few days prior to our event, we still didn't know if we could bring table décor & messages were not being returned. Had to drive to location and knock on door to find someone that could share that information with us. On the day of our event, we learned (by accident) she was about to move and several furniture items were already gone (i.e. sofa, coffee table and cute décor that were there when we signed contract) Prior to guest arriving, I asked several times for drinks to be put out. Kept insisting had "15 more minutes". When guests arrived, drinks still not available and food was skimpy at best. Several times we had to ask for bread & crackers (not enough for everyone to get just 1 piece of bread!). Even though we were contracted for unlimited tea and lemonade, we only received 1 gallon each. When it was gone, informed there was no more. We had contracted for (50) sodas- 1 per guest - she kept them behind bar and would not make available for guest. Like she was guarding the soda cans! It seemed to be more important to her to count the number of sodas being handed out than make sure guests were taken care of. Not sure why 50 cans were not just lined up for self serve and when gone...gone! Somehow the ice also ran out??! Only the owner (Emily) was on location to oversee the event...she planned to manage all food, drinks and cash bar herself, but she clearly needed 1 more person working. She managed the cash bar ok, but everything else suffered and ladies were in line way too long. When our group got more vocal about lack of food, drinks, ice and even forks, a few of us jumped in to help pick up dirty plate, get clean forks, etc...Instead of being appreciative, Emily got upset with us and sternly told us she "had things under control". Emily was clearly frustrated and unfriendly during our entire evening. At the end of the night we learned only (10) sodas had been handed out instead of (50) contracted for...and we were charged more than 3 TIMES the contracted price!!! We ended up with grumpy guest that didn't get enough food nor drink. Emily was also frustrated informing us that she had never heard so many complaints from one group before! Wish her the best of luck. We will not return. read more

With company coming in for race weekend and a busy week at work and home, I needed a little help with entertaining over Memorial Day weekend! I decided to give 317 Charcuterie a try. Truth be told, I still haven't actually been in the shop because I pre-ordered online, and my husband picked the board up. But, everything couldn't have been easier and we were really happy with the variety the board offered. I ordered the Indy Board, and it was chock full of deliciousness. There were five or six different cheese options, tons of beautifully sliced charcuterie meats, olives, pickles, pistachios, mixed nuts, fresh fruit, chocolate covered almonds peanut butter cups, and I'm sure other things that I'm forgetting. They even decorated the board in checkered flags for race weekend! Do note though, that the boards don't come with any crackers or bread. You can add on crackers at an additional cost, or supply your own, which is what I did. Overall, we were really happy with our beautiful board! I work right around the corner and I'm planning on popping in for lunch one day to actually check the place out. Thanks again! read more

Everything they put into the board was amazing and paired so well with each other. The boards are packed full with meat, cheese, berries, & nuts. The restaurant itself was adorable. It is set up for you to order at the counter and then they bring you the food when they are done preparing. They also have wine and beer, which compliments the meat and cheese really well. I even checked both their Facebook and Instagram before coming in to ensure they were not closed for a private event; neither had any mention. I had also checked their website, where they list private events under the hours and location tab, and nothing was listed either. If you are a reservation/order ahead only establishment just say so. This cute and totally Instagram-able shop in the heart of Carmel is less than a year old and the perfect place to catch up 1:1 or with a group. It doesn't have a ton of indoor seating, but I really loved the way it was set up, so you could easily sit down 1:1 or pull up some chairs around a big table with a group. I recommend splitting the grilled cheese and a "char-cutie cup," or order a charcuterie board to share. The grilled cheese is absolutely delicious but is pretty rich, so 1/2 was plenty for me. It came with a side of chips as well. They had a deal on mimosas on Sunday, so we split a mimosa pitcher as well. What an awesome place. We split a board between 4 of us and had a couple of beers. The board was fantastic. Everything is fresh, tasty and plenty of it. The beer selection was a well rounded local / regional selection which I always appreciate. The wine selection looked well rounded as well, but we all drank beer this night. As for the board, several varieties of cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, nuts, chocolates, etc. Everything was arranged beautifully. I've mainly only had Charcuterie for appetizers in different places around town. This was our first time doing this for a main course. I'm glad we did. They had a great spread with delicious goodies, reasonable price, great space, accommodating service and, most importantly, they were all very kind and provided excellent service. Our expectations were high given the location and Sherman's review. They appeared to be more of a catering business vs a comfortable restaurant. The menu was extremely limited and did not list the ingredients of the charcuterie boards. Broken crackers instead of crostinis. For the price, it would have been nice to have more choices as well as more food. 12$ grilled cheese - not worth it!
