I received an answer almost instantly with a few clarifying questions, paid for my order and waited for the day of the luncheon. They arrived about 10-15 minutes prior to the time requested which worked out great. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful, driver included. The box lunches were great. We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. So thank you for reliable and impecable service.

I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. I'd highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next wedding or other event.

I had been searching everywhere for a graze box to bring to our friends' gathering and finally decided to give Graze Craze a try. I'm so glad I did. Shortly after placing my order, they reached out to let me know the store would be closing earlier than expected the day before Thanksgiving. They easily adjusted my pickup time, and I really appreciated them being proactive instead of leaving me to discover locked doors. Now...this next part was completely on me. ‍ I showed up a little early while they were absolutely buried preparing holiday orders. They had part of my order ready, apologized, and asked if I could swing back once everything was finished. A short while later they contacted me exactly as promised, and pickup was a breeze. The customer service alone deserved five stars. Then I opened the boxes. They were honestly almost too pretty to eat. Every detail looked intentional--from the presentation to the handwritten note tucked inside. I was genuinely excited to show up with them. The best part? They weren't just pretty. Every single person commented on how beautiful they looked...then immediately started talking about how good everything tasted. That's the dream when you're bringing food to a holiday gathering. I figured a half-dozen would keep me in check. The masa of the tamales was soft and fluffy, and not dry at all. The meat inside was tender and a little bit spicy. The tamales were given to me at the stage where they were just undercooked (which is a good thing!). So when I got home, I put them in a big pot with my steamer to finish cooking them. Upon ordering via their Facebook page, Las Tortugas sent me directions with how to warm up the tamales, in case I didn't already know how to do it. Las Tortugas is a food truck, and they are parked outside of Grand Junction Brewing Co. in Westfield, very close to Grand Park. They are not affiliated with the brewery, however. From my experience and from what I've gathered, you can order your food via their Facebook page or call them, and then you go and pick it up from the truck that's parked in the Grand Junction parking lot (it's easy to spot). It's a very easy ordering process! I'd like to try some more of their food at some point!
