Mason Master Shmid rebuilt the top of the chimney on my two-story house including new brickwork, concrete cap, and chimney cover. The crew tuckpointed and replaced bricks in several areas around the house that were in need of repair. They also cleaned out and resealed a joint where a concrete patio meets the brickwork at the back of the house. The work was professionally done and very high quality. The crew worked very carefully and kept debris to a minimum using tarps and clearing excess material as the work progressed. Andriy was a pleasure to deal with. I needed a basement door removed that was leaking water from the alley during heavy rain. Andy came out right after calling him and gave me a very competitive quote. It took a while to get a permit from the city, but Andy continued to follow up to see if he could help expedite the process at all. As soon as we were cleared to do the work we scheduled the work immediately and Andy and his team came out and did a fantastic job! These guys came out and killed it. I have an industrial warehouse that had seen better days, the parapet walls were leaning, a huge 40 foot chimney that needed to come down. Every estimate I got, they acted like the chimney was the end of the world. This guy didn't even bat an eyelash. When the job was halfway through, I asked what about the chimney, and they said oh yeah, tomorrow. Sure enough, next day the scaffolding was on the roof, built all the way up, and by end of day it was halfway gone. They don't play. Respect. Price was right too. read more
