BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Sorry, but reliability is critical for limo services and this was a complete failure.

After using their website to book at the last minute we were pleasantly surprised to not only get a confirmation email but also texts from the owner and our driver throughout our flight from LAX to MIA. They tracked our flight the entire way and once we landed were already at the airport ready to pick us up. I highly advise to use this service rather than Uber or Lyft as it was not only more personable but also safe and efficient. I give them 10/10!
