After nearly missing our cruise due to an uber driver not speaking English, navigating traffic missing turns. We had reservations about our return trip. Great conversationalist and excellent driver made getting from hell to the airport a pleasure. I strongly recommend this business as well as requesting Isaac as your professional driver.

Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. Also, request Guillermo. You won't be disappointed.

My family took a cruise out of Miami and our flight arrived at 7:00 am. Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim and we felt like VIP. He spotted us and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. No complaints!

Unfortunately, this is one experience I cannot stay silent about. Our group recently spent over $8,000 to charter a bus for what should have been a memorable trip. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we boarded, it was obvious the bus had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, but even worse, the waste tank from the previous trip had never been emptied. Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. Once they have your money, you shouldn't have to fight to receive the service you already paid for. I sincerely hope this review encourages the company to improve its standards so that no other family, school, or organization has to endure the experience we did.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.
