They always seem to have stock. Anything from floppy discs (yep, you can still buy 'em) to 50 meter ethernet cables. They've got it! Staff seem to all know exactly what they're talking about even though there's such a vast variety of things on sale here. They're all extremely friendly and I haven't once been left waiting for somebody to come serve me. They also seem genuinely happy in what they do so it's so much easier to talk to them and get advice. What ever they're doing, they need to keep it up!

Put that together with the fact it is selling products made by a trademark brand name, that which the majority of mobile phone, iphone and internet users in the country subscribe to it just baffles me how the service within the store is practically non-existent. Even the queuing system in place is erratic. Something formal should be introduced to ensure customers are able to stand in line without compromising the space of the other customers who are merely scanning the walls and shelves looking over the products. If you are one of the people merely shopping and not queuing up to speak to a shop assistant then the sheer wish to glance at the products should not involve as much agro as that which this shop's unsystemized queuing system consequently makes it. Having to squeeze past queues to get up close to a product on the shelf makes for a very tiresome time. I resent having to give money to any corporation that sets up such objectionable places of customer service... or in this case customer disservice.

I give this review a 3 star because I do enjoy going there but no more because of the condition the consoles/controllers are sold in. I and other people are paying money for a product and when you receive it you expect it to be in clean condition. I'm not saying it has to be immaculately clean but the consoles I received has dust, hair, grime and stains all over the controller and console.

They do have a unique feature that you don't see in many shops this small: An Post. Now I don't know about you, but there's something about the post office that always makes me feel a bit nervous, and I always end up getting in the wrong line or getting scolded for something. So the thought of just having to pop into this little shop is a much nicer idea and a lot less stressful!

This is certainly the cheapest place for cards that I can find at the moment. You can quite often get cards there for 2 or 3 euro, as well as wrapping paper and gift bags which are also reasonably priced. They have quite a selection of cards and usually have one to meet any various card-buying needs I have. Their toy selection is always great value, although I wouldn't go there looking for something specific, rather if you're looking for a little gift on the cheap you'd certainly find something serviceable here. The also stock a mishmash of household goods like glasses, frames and cleaning products which are usually exceptionally cheap, although there is no consistency of what they have in stock. Good for a rummage though!
