The person working the shop was friendly and courteous. I purchased cubs gummies for sleeping, protein powder and a slice of keto gooey butter cake made in house. WOW! the gooey butter cake blew my mind. It was rich and decadent made with almond flour base, monk fruit and other healthy no sugar low carb ingredients, and the texture and presentation of the cake was just a great! Of course after ordering the cake I also felt the need to purchase a cup of coffee. I tried sprouted coffee for the first time, and added 0 sugar caramel and unsweetened oat milk to top it off! It was a great cup of coffee. I am so excited to have found this shop. They carry many items I typically order online and have to pay shipping for or wait for. I much rather patronize my local businesses. If you love eating healthy, low carb or sugar free food this is a must try! I was pleasantly surprised with everything. When you walk in, you grab your own menu and you seat yourself. They have high top tables, booths, low tables and a conversation area with comfy furniture. The first thing that impressed me is that the food menu is local and organic. They offer organic coffees, so many teas and tea accessories, herbs. Their cafe menu has many vegan and vegetarian options. The service was friendly and helpful. Our drink order came out almost immediately, and our food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed my breakfast bowl that I added avocado. It was quite nourishing and flavorful. I don't know how they cooked the sweet potatoes absolutely perfect. I also ordered a protein cookie to eat later. What absolutely blew me away was my lavender Matcha iced drink. It was the best Matcha I've ever had. They also have an area with various hot sauces and so many flavors of infused, honey. They have various types of sugar, agave and Stevia, but you will not find any Splenda or equal here. So if you are sugar-free and don't like Stevia, bring some from home. I really liked the whole vibe of this place, the food and the beverages. I will definitely be back soon. Please note that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

My only quick grab was a chocolate and coconut biscuit that was only $1 with tax. (The ice cream looked tempting, but having a blood test this week.)
