WOW! the gooey butter cake blew my mind. It was rich and decadent made with almond flour base, monk fruit and other healthy no sugar low carb ingredients, and the texture and presentation of the cake was just a great! Of course after ordering the cake I also felt the need to purchase a cup of coffee. I tried sprouted coffee for the first time, and added 0 sugar caramel and unsweetened oat milk to top it off! It was a great cup of coffee. I am so excited to have found this shop. They carry many items I typically order online and have to pay shipping for or wait for. You place your order at the counter and pay ahead. They give you a number to place on your table and they bring your food out. The first thing that impressed me is that the food menu is local and organic. They offer organic coffees, so many teas and tea accessories, herbs. Their cafe menu has many vegan and vegetarian options. The service was friendly and helpful. Our drink order came out almost immediately, and our food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed my breakfast bowl that I added avocado. It was quite nourishing and flavorful. I don't know how they cooked the sweet potatoes absolutely perfect. I also ordered a protein cookie to eat later. What absolutely blew me away was my lavender Matcha iced drink. It was the best Matcha I've ever had. They also have an area with various hot sauces and so many flavors of infused, honey. They have various types of sugar, agave and Stevia, but you will not find any Splenda or equal here. So if you are sugar-free and don't like Stevia, bring some from home. I really liked the whole vibe of this place, the food and the beverages. I will definitely be back soon. My husband loved the avocado toast, and I had the eggs and greens (small), which was surprisingly filling and delicious. Everything comes beautifully topped with fresh microgreens. Groovy music, a cute little kids' area, and a peaceful atmosphere made it an especially relaxing stop on a rainy day. I hear it gets busy on Saturdays, and I can see why -- it's a unique, welcoming spot. I gave it a 4 star because you have to order at the table.

The produce included some I didn't quickly recognize. A wall of rice was stacked against the back wall. Shelves of spices were offered in the middle of the store. A small freezer section is against the wall to the left. . Overall- I felt like I was a welcome visitor in an intriguing strip mall location.
