The Pilot for this was "Troy Blevins". He was very digital :) means his answerers were very short - Yes or No, whether you like it or not. We agreed and disagreed at many occasions but that's pretty normal for any project where you come with No knowledge of building and the other side is PRO. He knew what he is doing and that's what matters. Overall Troy did great job in responding and keeping the schedule on time. "Robin" on the Aster location also was very helpful, whenever we visited the Model home there. The work in its entirely is done by different contractor companies, so the standards may differ for each job. Some might do an exceptional job and some might be average. Rockford only manages the whole project between these parties. You as a consumer have to be on top of it and ask for best and most of the time you get it.

We moved into our home 485 days later. In March 2014, Zenios presented a settlement agreement.
