The meat didn't have fat, since a lot of places do serve it with all the fatty parts, so it was awesome that these Quesabirria tacos didn't have the meat fat in them. By far some of the best Quesabirria tacos with their bomb hot sauces. The lady who made them said, thank you, it was me who made them and she said she was happy to hear I was happy with them.
