Their Quesabirria tacos with their birria consommé was amazing. The meat was flavorful, tender, with consommé with both their green and red-hot sauces were just chef's kiss. The meat didn't have fat, since a lot of places do serve it with all the fatty parts, so it was awesome that these Quesabirria tacos didn't have the meat fat in them. By far some of the best Quesabirria tacos with their bomb hot sauces. I complimented the lady who made them since I walked over to the area where you order and behind the counter is where they cook the food. The lady who made them said, thank you, it was me who made them and she said she was happy to hear I was happy with them. Honestly, these Quesabirria tacos were cooked with umami, especially with the hot sauces. I'm craving them now that I'm writing this up. Hehe he You all have to check them out and if you love Quesabirria tacos you most definitely have to stop by. I also ordered an Aguas fresca and opted for their cantaloupe Aguas fresca. I went here on a date and had a really nice time. The server was really helpful in figuring out what to eat. He even offered to get us more rice and beans if it wasn't enough for the both of us. Food was fresh and delish. We ordered the empanada de platano to begin with. SOOO GOOD! I would recommend that to anyone, especially those who love sweet plantains.
