Unfortunately, the overall experience with Keith's Appliance was very disappointing. I purchased the dryer when there were multiple units in stock (around 10), but delivery couldn't be scheduled for two weeks due to their backlog. After waiting, the unit arrived damaged--and by then, all other units had been sold. I also had to call them myself both to arrange delivery and again after the failed delivery--they never followed up. So despite buying while it was in stock, I ended up with nothing after weeks of waiting. I understand issues happen, but there was no meaningful effort to make this right. I hope the team takes a closer look at this situation.

I was looking for a Bosch 500, but they are in short supply, and no one has one including Smarter. Lead times were unacceptable given that the old dishwasher wash in rigor. The salesman suggested a KitchenAid, and knew exactly how much vertical clearance I needed without having to look it up. I asked when they could install it. There was a blizzard coming, so I had to wait until the storm passed, but they put me first on the schedule for that Monday. Not only was the salesman very helpful, but he extended me a price match to the big box stores price without my asking. The installer called 2 days before installation to confirm the installation, then called the day of delivery to confirm the install time. Installation was quick and professional, and although they didn't bring 6 pall bearers for the old dishwasher, they gave it a dignified exit and trip to the ever after. Why would you buy from a big box, when you can work with these guys for the same price? The new dishwasher works great!

All Bousquet staff would do is give out two different 1-800 numbers to Maytag that are TOTALLY worthless. No one answers or gets back, and the auto system that answers actually hangs up on caller. Bousquet staff couldn't care less about this problem. One salesman, Brian, actually told me he was "about to lose his temper" when I said I "may write a not so happy review if I couldn't get some help somewhere" (my exact words). He explained he didn't like getting blamed for manufacturer problems. Okay, fair enough. But when a customer is deliberately excluded from any contact at the next level they are being directed to, feels so powerless, and a review is all they have left as any leverage, they will say something like that. How unprofessional of him (Brian)! Should I be afraid? And so yes, Brian, here is my "not so happy review." I am unhappy because I purchased a $600 machine less than two years ago and now am spending close to that much to replace a part. And if you come back with a lecture about extended warranty you have missed the whole point of this story.

In short, They run like a small business that cares about its customers. Our last two purchases had defects from the manufacturers. ! item was a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator where the water dispenser stopped functioning after one year. Shore TV got the manufacturer to replace the item with a new one and even threw in the $70 water filter replacement. The unit had been incorrectly insulated and evidently the water line was frozen by Fisher & Paykel running it too close to the freezer. The second item was a GE induction range. The unit was DOA on arrival as the oven kept shitting off. It was going to be several weeks to get a replacement and Shore TV had already removed our old stove. We would have been out of luck but Shore TV offered (and we took them up on it ) to provide a temporary replacement stove (electric and basic) until the part for the GE came it. While I skeptical that replacing a part on a new stove was not a great idea (I wanted a brand new one), Shore assured me the item would be correct when they got the part. It was . They were extremely accommodating by getting us a stove to use until the replacement part came in (3 weeks) . I am only concerned now because they have combined with a company called Hallocks and their Yelp rating is poor at best.
