Now, don't get me wrong. This place is quiet despite being mostly line workers, and it's clean (but very dated) but it has very few amenities and is pretty close to a glorified parking lot. The cable is terrible and the WiFi is nonexistent. There is no okay area for kids and very little grass anywhere. The laundry is VERY old and there are few machine. The bathrooms appeared clean but we don't really use them. The woman in the front office can help you with absolutely nothing so don't bother asking her for anything....not exactly sure what her purpose is but she is nice. My BIGGEST issue with this place is the DOG POOP. It everywhere and it's disgusting. Huge piles just everywhere. Their sad little dog play area is full of it, the whole park is full of it. I went to clean up after my dog once and accidentally picked up the wrong little pile of that gives you an idea. It is gross to say the least. It's also right on the main road and not one of these guys pays attention to any kind of speed limit so it's not safe for kids or dogs. If you're driving through and need a quick stop it's fine.

Manager was attentive and was more than accommodating when we decided we wanted to stay in the additional day, and of course, that day was a holiday so, even though the office was closed, she dressed initiative to put her money in the box. We will definitely stay here every time we bring our camper to Lubbock.

The young lady working the office is very sweet and willing to help in anyway she can. WiFi worked GREAT for streaming Netflix/Hulu! Only complaints we had was with the laundromat there, but it's not necessarily the rv parks fault, they rent the machines out and we had many problems with the company not fixing the machines, everytime we tried using the laundromat we dealt with (taken money, washer quit before the spin cycle leaving the clothes soaked in water, dryers not working, etc) so we just used the laundromat down the road. One thing that really needs work is the poor entrance way! We even drive two trucks and it was hard on them because the driveway is rough!! I couldn't imagine it in a little car! They REALLY need to fill the holes in because the entrance to the rv park is right off the highway and people will run you over when you are having to slow down to 5mph to turn in and not destroy your vehicle because the rough driveway! Overall a good little quiet RV park! Would give 5 stars but the driveway and laundromat could really use some maintenance!

It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. Stay a night or longer, this place can really feel like a quiet spot.

The grounds are well cared for and clean. There are several full time residents, however unlike some properties, there was no junky "stuff" outside of the rigs like so many other places. Should my travels bring me through Lubbock again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
