Run, Run Run! We all work on the Pipeline! We're all from out of town! We were year ago and this…read morerat hole wasn't even open. Some of us have class! The pictures are NOT how it currently looks! Total misrepresentation! It's looks like old Mexico! Waste deep grass, stickers (goat heads), their NOT picky too whom they let in! There are 4 or 5 trucks to one RV! They let you work on your truck & scatter parts everywhere! When you call the guy, he will tell you a spill how he is running the park, because there was money laundering going on...prior to him taking over! The owner lives off! They will let dogs run wild! Pitts, boxers and other large breeds! No leash rule! They have a sign up warning you of rattlesnakes, yet they have waste high grass! This place has been open & closed so many times! If your no picky, your down with staying at any park, that's your park! I recommend Wolf Creek or Adams street park! Like I said if you want too live in disgust...this your kinda RV Park!

Sadly, extreme heat caused a low voltage condition on the lone pull-thru site we picked, and all of the other sites (they had good power) were reserved. I'm in a 40-foot diesel pusher with a 20-foot enclosed trailer behind it, we fit easily. The bus-portion of our gravel pad was perfectly level. I got a call the next morning from the office to assure me that my fee was refunded, and that their maintenance people had found that the site voltage was normal. This is not uncommon for parks in the dead of August: too many 50 amp customers drawing heavy loads on one branch will cause low voltage at the remaining pedestal(s). Count me as an enthusiastic user of this place, from now on. It is tidy, scenic, as convenient as one can get. It is literally next to a Love's truck plaza, far enough from the Interstate that noise should not be a big issue. Just like all of us with RV's know, stuff happens. A park is like a big RV. Kudos for their hospitality, for creating a nice park 3 1/2 hours from our house. ==================================================== This park is appropriate for all users. We didn't use them, but the laundry facility and pool looked awesome. Easy in and out. We didn't see site managers in the morning, so we completed the paper check in form and left it and the money (only $40 a night!) in the drop box. We received a thank you text a couple hours later. We'd definitely stop to stay here again on our way through Texas.

Park is tight, but it's very quiet, which is nice. Yes it's off of the hwy, but, zero lights to cause attention, from the hey. It is safer than directly in town. The park manager, Lora, was very accommodating and sweet. Would recommend.
