After moving to another RV park we road by at 7:10pm and SURPRISE their is no one in the space that we were park. * We were their w/our family who all brought in the RV's for a celebration and unfortunately had to leave them behind. Few More Examples of our disappointment during our stay. * Beware campers...There are very sharp stickers in the grass, don't walk without shoes or even walk your dog in certain areas. uaware of the stickers we walked our dog which resulted in having to hold her to pull them out. She was bleeding. * Red ants everywhere. * They allow some to have rugs outside their RV and others are not allowed. They didn't even sell ice. It didn't bother me, but you can hear trains and traffic during the night and the park lights are bright! Wifi password has to be individual for each visitor, and that never happened. Yes, they had full hookups, but I would boondock before I do this place again. The redeeming factors were that it was cheap, clean, and the woman in charge was very sweet. Move on...

In this part of Texas you don't have a ton of RV spots that have character. This one does. It's…read morenot just a flat piece of cleared land. It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. Stay a night or longer, this place can really feel like a quiet spot.
