No frills, just a good quiet park (outside of an occasional passing train). Super nice and helpful park host Wendy! No amenities with the exception of laundry facilities. It was very reasonably priced and had all 50 amp hook-ups! Very level terrain so easy to set-up the rig! read more

Passing through the Roscoe/Sweetwater area on I-20, we found this new RV park super close to The Lumberyard. Great place to hook up and stay for a night or 2 while hanging out at Lumberyard. New, quiet, clean, peaceful with great staff! Will stay here again when we are in the area. They also have some new cabins which we might try the next time. read more
