I googled blinds and came to 3 day blinds website. That is super fast considering the company is out of California. I set up an appointment with the designer Susan. I love Susan very knowledgeable but new to 3 day blinds. As promised the blinds came in three days and looked great. However 3 day blinds forgot to send the valances- the top part of the blinds hanging horizontally. Since Susan didn't put the valances on the original order 3 day blinds treated the order as a replacement. What that means is I had to wait an additional 40 days. There was a lot of back and forth follow ups and frustration. One of the customer service reps told me me we had a language barrier, she was right my first language is English. I was very patient with her it just got frustrating and a lot got lost in translation. I just wanted to know where are my blinds? Every time I called in it took an hour to get an update. I would follow up at least one every four days. I was even once told the product was shipped but when I asked for the tracking number the customer service representative told me Fed Ex doesn't give tracking number till the product was delivered. Another phone to the manager and another hour wasted to find out the order was not ordered yet. 3 Day blinds did give me a credit of $80 for the valances but all I wanted was the product fast. If you go to the company website there is no place to escalate issues. Filing a complain at 3 day blinds is like a village in North Korea filing a complaint that he is being treated unfairly. The best way I can relate the experience is if you were in Cancun and ordered an excursion you kind of know the itinerary but there might be some surprises along the way. If you read my other reviews I only give 5 stars so 3 stars from me is not very good. read more

My wife and I have had two great experiences with Sue Tareila @ 3 Day Blinds since we bought our new house last year! We needed blinds in a hurry before the holidays after living in a "fishbowl" during renovations. Another company gave us a 2 week estimate, plenty of time to get them hung before Christmas... Until I checked on the order 2 weeks later and was told the fabric wasn't in stock and the order would be delayed 4-6 weeks, but no one from this "reputable" online-only company bothered to contact us! I immediately cancelled my order and took a chance on 3 Day Blinds-- so glad we did! We found them to be a superior product, better fabrics, more choices, and Sue was great to work with & had a real eye for our style and a feel for what we wanted. Blinds were delivered in 48 hours and easy to hang so we had beautiful blinds in time for the big family Christmas party! We GLADLY called her back recently when we needed a vertical blind for an atrium door and she brought us some ideas to match our earlier purchase and explained the new products available since we last met. Working with her has been the easiest part of a long, difficult renovation... Price is never an easy discussion, but I found 3 Day Blinds prices to be comparable to some blind companies and even better than most! When you consider that some of these companies are "internet only" retailers and you never meet a real person, or that 3 Day Blinds can get someone out to your house, process the order, manufacture and deliver so quickly, suddenly the price seems like a bargain! We would HIGHLY recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone looking for fair prices, quick service, and knowledgeable salespeople... Or you can take your chances online. read more

We recently moved into a brand new home and needed blinds for all our windows. We used 3 Day Blinds in the Fall of 2014 and then again to complete the project this past Winter. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with 3 Day Blinds' design consultant Connie Ray. She came to our home and spent a lot of time going over various options for our different types of windows including front door sidelight windows and large windows in our main living areas. Connie had great suggestions bearing in mind what kind of look we wanted, what level or privacy we were looking for depending on the location of the windows and even how we would prefer the blinds to operate. Her years of experience with window treatments and her expertise were obvious and very helpful. I really appreciated the time she took with me, her attention to detail, not to mention her easy -going personality. Her objective was not just to sell blinds but to provide me with the best options for my needs. The installation also went very smoothly and professionally - the installer was in and out in a snap. We are very happy with the products and found the cost to be reasonable. The convenience of having someone come your home, measure precisely and install is absolutely worthwhile . We are happy with the product and service and I would recommend Connie and 3-Day Blinds to my friends and family without hesitation. SMY Burlington, MA read more

I am very satisfied with my experience of both the service and the product of 3 Day Blinds. Connie Ray (north of Boston area) delivers exceptional customer service and is so knowledgeable about the products and appropriateness for certain rooms, based on her experience as a longtime interior designer. She took all the measurements for three rooms (9 windows), and the blinds made to order fit perfectly. She is pleasant and wonderful to work with. On the installation side, the installer organization was also terrific, arriving on time on the date specified to install my new blinds. Tyler, my installer, put up every blind with precision and left a clean space where he had been working. The one issue I had was with the product - one of cellular blinds was broken from the start. It malfunctioned about 1 hour after the installer had left my home, and required a complete replacement. Unfortunately, I had to wait one month for the replacement blind to come in and installed in place of the faulty one. Now all blinds are in, working well, and look lovely. read more

We recently had 3 Day Blinds install blinds for 8 window's and one slider. This was a fantastic experience from setting up the initial appointment, speaking with our consultant at home, and finally the installation day. What we liked the most was our expectations were set correctly during every stage of this process which included a special order which came out beautifully. We were very fortunate to have Connie Ray as our Design Consultant. She provided us with tons of options, recommendations, and made the entire process so easy for my family. She is a true professional and was exactly what we were looking for in a Design Consultant. As for the installation, we had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey. He was on-time, polite, very efficient and left no mess once the installation was completed. Thank you very much Connie, Jeffrey and 3 Day Blinds for helping us complete our home. We look forward to working with you again and will absolutely recommend 3 Day Blinds to friends and family. read more

I had the pleasure to meet and work with Connie Ray from the 3 Day Blinds. Connie arrived on time and she was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about 3 Day Blinds products. Connie demonstrated to have a vast understanding about home decoration, which was very helpful when I was choosing my blinds and shades color and style. Connie was very respectful of my budget and she offered me reasonable options that I could afford. It is also important to note that even after the selling process was over, Connie remained professional as she followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my window treatment choice. Additionally, I was also very satisfied with the installation process, which was faster than I expected and easy to install. Overall, I had a great experience working with 3 Day Blinds. I wrote a very negative review re: 3day blinds on 1/2016. I am happy to say that the situation was recetified. They sent Connie Ray,CONSULTANT, (who should be the area manager in Boston) back to my home, and she corrected what I was unhappy with! That being said, my treatments were fixed beyond my expectations, and they look AMAZING! Chris from the Corporate Office went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I couldn't be happier with my window treatments, and 3 Day Blinds! They made fixing this situation so painless! I will defnintely continue to use this company for all of my future window treatments. The Corporate Office should recognize Connie Ray for the "GEM" that she truly is! They are very fortunate to have Connie on their team in the Boston Area. Again, many thanks to Connie and Chris for making this a fabulous ending! read more

Connie Ray was a great consultant. I specifically needed a company that could come out and measure and install. I loved being able to see now full size samples would work in my house. She gave me lots of ideas I hadn't thought of. Her patience with me was endless. I had 11 windows that needed blinds and she split the invoice into two parts so I could pay over two pay periods. The blinds were made in 3 days and delivered to the installers. I could have had them fitted sooner but we were away for thanksgiving. The two installers arrived on time, had brought their own slippers to wear in the house, moved our massive king size Tempurpedic bed aside and did an outstanding job. No mess, no fuss and great guys. There may be cheaper alternatives out there but you get what you pay for and what I got far exceeded my expectations. read more

3day blinds was the easiest process I've ever been through with ordering window treatments. I booked an appointment on line, within 2 hours a design consultant Connie Ray, called me for a better understanding of what I wanted. Connie was very knowledgeable on what I was describing as window treatments. The in home appointment was great, it was on a Saturday, so my husband could be here too. Connie was on time, with the samples we had discussed on the phone. The price was less than other quotes I had attained. We ordered right then and there. Within 3 days the blinds were ready and installation was scheduled. The blinds were installed by a clean cut young man, very professional, the installation took less than 1hour with the gentleman cleaning up and taking all trash with him. I've already recommend 3day blinds to neighbors. read more

I had inquired at a competitor's site first (Budget Blinds), as they have an alleged office in very close proximity to me. No response from internet inquiry. I then called them. The number goes to an office across the country. I was assured that the local office would call me within 1/2 hour. Never heard back. I then contacted 3 Day Blinds, found on an internet search. I was contacted back very quickly. The windows in question are 20 feet high, so are impossible to attempt as a height fearing individual(s). A very professional, knowledgeable decorator, Leigh Karpowicz, helped me to select a lovely window treatment. The installers were also quite professional, and measured and installed to a fussy perfection. This was an overall very positive experience. I'm quite happy with the results. read more

I ordered pull-up, pull-down blinds for our bedroom (blackout) and living room, both of which face the street. My consultant, Leigh Karpowicz was personable, knowledgeable about her products, very professional and cognizant of our budget restraints. We worked together to find the perfect type of blind and the material colors that would enhance my décor. (Leigh offered advice on wall and cabinet paint colors I had been considering, which I greatly appreciated as well.) She went overboard to be sure that I would be happy about the selections. The installation took less than a half hour and was done on my schedule. The blinds look great and are easy to use. The blackout blinds are perfect for getting a good night's sleep or to sleep all day if one chooses!! Thanks, Leigh. Rita G. read more

It was a pleasure to work with Connie. She really knows all about blinds and considered my room's issues carefully. She recommended a Roman shade and I wasn't familiar with how it would work in my room, but she explained it fully. I have two smaller windows side by side and she recommended one larger shade. It works well. I'm happy with that decision. Then it came to choosing the fabric. There were a great many samples to consider and the task was a bit daunting. When I selected one, she explained how it might not be best for my window. I continued looking, found something a little unusual and chose it. She encouraged me to hold the sample up to the light in order to see how effective it would be---and I was convinced. I went with it. She's a pro. read more

I decided to call 3 day blinds after receiving a coupon in our mailer. We just moved into a new house and I hated the shades they had in every window of the house. I am so glad I did! ..... I loved the service! Connie Ray was the design consultant that worked with me in choosing just the right window treatments for each room. She was so helpful, it made the whole process seamless. She gave me her opinion without being pushy, and also showed me other options so that I could consider. The best part was, I didn't have to measure or lift a finger, Connie Ray handled all the tedious details. When they were delivered, the installer just put everything in place and it all fit perfectly. I would recommend 3 day blinds and Connie Ray to my friends for sure! read more

I can only say wonderful things about 3-Day Blinds! Leigh, the representative, came to my home, armed with samples. There were hundreds from which to choose for drapes/curtains. I found exactly what I was looking for. I knew the cost and approximately when the installer would arrive. The installer was so very professional. He arrived on time, left my home in the condition it was found, and was very pleasant. He spent time showing me how to operate the different shades that I had purchased. He made sure that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase before he left. I would certainly purchase from this company again. Not only were the staff excellent, but the quality of what I purchased was excellent. read more

My husband and I recently bought a very small fixer-upper and were in desperate need of window treatments. We had used Hunter Douglas in our previous home and decided we wanted the same quality without the cost in our new home. We tried 3 Day Blinds and were very pleased. Karin was our design consultant. She was on time, polite, and very patient with us. She suggested various options and didn't pressure us to either buy or use the most expensive fabric. She even tried to utilize as many discounts as possible to make our selection affordable. We recently had our blinds installed and the service again was without flaw. They were on time and quick. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds and Karin as a design consultant. read more

Leigh Karpowicz is as professional as she is personable. She called me the day before she was to come to my home just to introduce herself and to state that she was looking forward to working with me. Such a nice touch! She is very knowledgeable about her product line and with her background in design she helped me find the exact blinds for my home. She measured carefully and explained the ordering process. I couldn't believe how easy and painless she made it! My order was ready and shipped within a few days and installed shortly after. I highly recommend Connie Ray my onsite design professional. She was very knowledgable and professional. She made sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted for my window treatments. I have I have 25 windows that I needed treatments for and she put it on a couple invoices so I could pay in portions. She has great follow up and design style, suggesting ideas etc. She is super easy to work with and so happy I emailed 3 day blinds. I didn't have the best experience with the first installer and Connie made sure I had the best installer for my next two installs. I have a few more windows to finish and will be calling Connie when I'm ready! She was so helpful and didn't rush me thru the process. read more
