With our 55 mile an hr. winds today I was reminded of the day we had to call someone because 1/2…read morethe siding had blown off the side of the house. The winds weren't going to die down soon enough. Tom came at 8:00 pm in the pitch dark with a light of his own and went to work. My husband was amazed that someone could even work in those conditions let alone the job was meticulously​ done as if it had never happened. I should have posted this when he fixed our siding that next day.. Fast forward, we needed a few "honey do" items done example, the toilet that kept running, the front door was starting to stick and become hard to open, the lock had broken on the front screen door which made it impossible to use, since we would be locked out of the house (luckily we have another entrance). He evened out the french doors leading to our laundry facility​ that had never really lined up and now coming off the track repeatedly​. I was so excited to have these small annoyances​ taken care of finally. Tom was ready and willing to do more had I asked, he is trustworthy, efficient and very capable to do any job, big or small. My husband and I can't imagine calling anyone else!

Upon leaving he mentioned the job would only take him a half of a day to complete. Then Nothing. I tried calling and emailing Tom to find out how much the job would cost and when he might be able to begin... Nothing. No response. I eventually assumed he was busy with other, perhaps more lucrative jobs and / or wasn't interested in taking the job, and moved on to someone more responsive.

We hired this company to paint the trim, door frames, and front door of my house. The owner makes…read morepromises he does not intend to keep. He does not train or supervise his crew. A two day job was left incomplete on the 3rd full day. They brought minor children to the job site the first two days. There is oil based primer on a 60 year old oak threshold. There is primer on my slate floor. They destroyed 5 out of 10 solar lights. While painting the eaves they dripped paint on the roof shingles and the deck. They dripped primer on a runner. None of them knew how to cut in so there is paint on the brick, windows. It's a whole mess. They left a dozen drink containers strewn about the yard. They had to be asked to clean up the paint scrapings. They put a ladder through my screen and it was about the only thing they fixed. I hired this company to give my husband a break after two hard summers of selling my dads house and moving him here from out of state. We work 100 hours a week, have a 7th grader, and take care of my very sick dad. This cost us money we couldn't afford to lose on a job my husband has to complete in some areas and clean up in others. Owner promised Wednesday he would PERSONALLY be here today to supervise the necessary corrections and blew us off. Sent someone else entirely. We begged him to make it right and he treated us like punks.

If you have an older home or home which may need repairs in areas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just paid a high amount for a 10x11 room, stair case and ceiling tape peel repair and they did an awful job as you can see from the photos. First day, they mudded some but missed many areas, I noticed they started painting and not repairing areas...when I spoke to the owner he said we don't do repairs. When I had the initial meeting, I pointed out areas and said I would like all of these imperfections, dings, fixes and he said yes, we will repair all of that. I showed him the crack in walls and he said we would fix it and you won't see it after. If you didn't do repairs...they should have disclosed that at that first meeting and I would not have hired him. He said we will just paint over top of existing. I said I would have done it myself if I knew that, but instead I paid for professional company to have repairs done and these are the results... these are some photos after work completed. One person Steven, seemed to take pride in work and started doing some repairs but wasn't here each day and as you can see it wasn't completed well at all. This is not what I would call a professional paint job. On the last day, I said to Eric the owner, I'm not happy with these results, he said I don't think I can make you happy! Wow....insulting! I said, "you are the professional, you see all of these errors, you know this could have been done better, he said yes I actually see these bubbles on the fireplace, which I'm going to try to fix before I leave...ok but everything else would you want to post these photos on your website and are you proud of the work? And he said yes! So he didn't fix the bubbles, and here is the PROOF of their work, proof that no one would be happy with this level of work. Also during this time he said he is starting his own company called Monarch Painting, separating from current pso I wouldn't recommend that company either.
