AN EXPERIENCE NOT JUST A MEAL…read more This place is located in a kind of seedy downtown area of Macon. We walked in and the vibe throughout the place won me over instantly. When the staff seem to enjoy their jobs and working with each other as well, chances are you have a winner. We were seated immediately in a cozy booth with floor to ceiling graffiti. The place just oozed character! We were told that at times in the loft above our heads they had live music FYI. The waitress was friendly and on point. We never found ourselves waiting to order or for drinks, etc. The food was great. We started with the solid gold soul rolls which were tasty. I'd say 2-3 people for this app. My wife had the hot pig and fig which she enjoyed. She wanted something a little light and it was perfect for her. I ordered the Dr John Burger. The cook forgot my bacon . No bueno. Our waitress was game and was quick to bring me bacon to complete the burger. It was well cooked and the flavors were excellent so all was good. Our companion enjoyed her food as well. We all left full and happy. And, yes I would return and I recommend trying them yourself.

We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were a great appetizer--crispy, flavorful, and a nice way to kick things off. For our entrées, we had the fish and chips and the smoked turkey sandwich. The fish had a nice crispy batter, and the smoked turkey sandwich was tasty and satisfying. My only disappointment was the fries. They were a bit soggy and lacked the crispiness I was hoping for, especially with the fish and chips. A crisp, hot fry would have taken the meal to the next level. Overall, the food was good, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

This place was absolutely outstanding. From the cool atmosphere and the wall-to-wall big-screen TVs…read morethat let you catch every sporting event, to the incredible food, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional as well. Todd, the owner , stopped by our table several times just to make sure we had everything we needed. To me, that says a lot about a business--it shows genuine class and a commitment to taking care of its customers. Our server, Jane, was equally fantastic. She went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and truly embodied the warm Southern hospitality that, as a Northerner, I'm not accustomed to experiencing. Now for the food. My brother and I shared the roasted wings with two different sauces--the Habanero and the Spicy Asian. They were absolutely incredible and, without exaggeration, probably the best wings I've ever had. I also ordered the double cheeseburger with Gouda cheese, and it was unbelievably delicious. My brother had the cheesesteak, and he devoured every bite. He said it ranks right up there with any cheesesteak he's had in Philadelphia, and that's saying something. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you're ever in the Macon area, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed.

I think Google said it best. "Branch of a sports grill chain offering buffalo wings, chili,…read moresandwiches & lots of draft beer." For a Monday it was a little crowded, however that may have been because of the World Cup. There's plenty of televisions to watch the games. They're also the official watch party location for the SPHL, Macon Mayhem hockey team! Let's go Mayhem, let's go! We sat at the bar. I did not want to wait for a table. I'm glad we did. The bartenders were amazing. They were friendly, outgoing, helpful and attentive. I'm torn between a 3 and 4 for rating because of food. Food was a bit lackluster. It tasted like any other bar food from any other chain restaurant. Nothing stood out. Cooked well? Yes. Executed well? Yes. Plated well? Yes. It was just overall underwhelming. I didn't take any leftovers. If you're looking for a place to watch the game, hangout, unwind with pages of drink options, and want to grab a bar bite, this would be ideal. Date night? No. Foodies? Skip it.

We were there to check out a band and dug the all-around atmosphere and the service was good and only enhanced the all-around good time. Parking was easy out front and we paid our $10 to get in. Kids 13+ had to pay as well. We were definitely on the early side as there were few people there (by the time we left a few hours later, it was packed!). We got a nice table with a dedicated fan that had a clear view of the stage. The space is really cool and there are also some stadium style seats with great views of the stage. The bar had everything you could want and including a good beer selection. They also allow you to bring your own food, which is a game changer. There is one food truck onsite that rotates (it was Mexican the night we were there) and a pizza place next door with great pizza. There are some TVs playing sports and a kid's area so bring the kids and dogs. Onvce the band started, it was loud, but we had a great time here catching up with friends.
