They specialize in rum based cocktails (and will publicly shame you if you order a vodka drink). Their menu was pretty huge and full of very interesting and fun looking drinks. The Big Willie D in particular was phenomenal and tasted like a coconutty White Russian. They also have a passport where if you try every drink on the menu you get access to their exclusive explorer's club menu. The staff added to the fun atmosphere by periodically making announcements and playing along with the crowd. You can tell that this is a very local, family owned business. A few things to note: -You MUST make a reservation and if you don't show up to that reservation you will have to pay a no-show fee. -You only get one hour in the bar per reservation.
