And just in a few days (3-4) I have received a call from them to come in and watch them test everything and it was fantastic! My PS5 works now! Customer service was also amazing! I can't say enough good about these folks…read more I rely so much on my tech - in my life and in my biz - it is so important to me to have the perception of expertise in folks fixing my stuff ... and the perception that they Care about me, my tech, my biz... this icing on the cake - kind of mind-blowing. I find myself so grateful. I appreciated my interactions with and service from each of the two owners so much - in different visits - I brought them gifts - which is not normal for me - I just had to GIVE Back. Meanwhile, I need great value - I don't want to, and I don't have a budget to Pay for high-end service. Somehow I am getting high-end service at low-end price. This is an excellent quadrant. Are they perfect? no. Are they still learning this or that? yes - who isn't - the realm they operate-in is wide and ever-shifting. And, the communication about what they know and don't , what they know and what they will try to figure out is... beautiful. I went there originally for an issue that was illusive - was it a battery or screen issue with my iPhone? I was SURE it was on Deaths door. It is now working beautifully! Then I came back with my Mac (which is behaving SO much better now) and my partners cell phone (which they said it was a better investment to replace than to fix - thank you!), my partner is going in with his Mac soon. I am really grateful to have these guys on my side. Much valued into today's crazy tech world. Oh, and everything was done within a DAY - a DAY. Have you noticed the waits for Apple repairs? Hope you enjoy as much as I have!

While the first technician was repairing the charging port, he asked whether I also wanted to replace the battery because he said it was not in good condition. He explained that since the phone was already open, he could replace the battery for less than the normal price. I agreed. After he finished, I checked the battery settings and the battery performance was still showing 65%, the same as before the replacement. I asked him about this, and he told me that it would improve to 100% within 24 hours. He also told me that if it did not improve, I should bring the phone back within two days and they would replace it again. Unfortunately, the battery continued to perform the same way after the repair. I wasn't able to return immediately because of personal circumstances, so I went back about a week later. There was a different technician working that day. I explained what had happened and told him what the first technician had told me about returning if the battery did not improve. The second technician told me that he was not as experienced or trained as the first technician and did not want to open the phone to work on the battery. I left without the battery issue being resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for phone repair. I paid to have the battery replaced, but the battery performance remained at 65%, and when I returned to have the issue addressed, it was not resolved. I am also pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels regarding the charge.
