Their guys are reliable, have high work standards and worked diligently with no time wasted. When we were on a deadline to move in they stayed late to ensure the work was done! I had my own electrician since we were on a time crunch, but I wish I had Billy do all the work. my electricians were terrible and Billy came in to the rescue And fuxed their many errors. Billy has an eye for design and helped me imagine the space and bathroom possibilities. I loved working with them and highly recommend their company! I wish there was a way to post photos! As a female doing this solo - I appreciated his honesty and work ethic! I highly recommend!

I kind of wanted thought some things could have been done a little better. But overall besides letting my cat out the job was done nicely. I received a receipt for the first job with everything that was purchased and labor all broken down with all being pretty reasonable. The second job was done very quick and extremely sloppy with paint being dripped on doors and furniture. A ceiling fan was broken, a bed was broken and pieces of bed thrown out. I believe the second job I was overcharged a decent amount because I never received a receipt for anything bought or done! As much as I like Billy I think he should check on the work his guys do a little better. He seems to be taking on too much work before his other jobs are complete and tries to rush through things to get to next job. I don't think I would ever hire them again or recommend them to anyone else. I would be very wary if you are looking to hire.

Wanted some grass removed to be done with the concrete landing. Unfortunately, the company did not relay everything we discussed in his estimate. Lots of stuff was left out. Left out important parts and then tried to act like I didn't recall the discussion. Perhaps to get me to have to pay more later. Thank goodness for common sense that I have.

The work was undertaken without a formal written estimate, and a receipt for payment was not obtained because Brad said he does not carry receipts with him. He told me to call his office and 'they' would supply a receipt. (He answered the phone.) So far, no receipt. Brad made unfavorable remarks (siding/windows) about the work performed by others rather than focusing on giving me an estimate. The siding was replaced 25 years ago, without a problem until now. When my roof and siding need to be replaced, there's no way I would consider Brad. If you value clear communication and honesty, do not hire Brad. Get everything in writing, which was my mistake from the beginning.
