My fiance and I have been here many times before. I decided to right this review after reading some of the bad ones listed. Don't listen to them this place is amazing. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the price is on point. I have found out that many people review poorly and I want nothing more than for people to release how much of a hidden gem this restaurant is. Ever time we have gone there has been improves made from the last time. I am no professional on Indian cuisine but the dishes seem to be authentic as they can make it. I was a frequent diner and always enjoyed the food and great presentation. VERY surprised recently when I saw the name change from Bombay Grill to 2 gingers. Seems like a change of management, presentation terrible. Food has lost its taste, the goat Biryani had almost no goat pieces in it, those that could be hunted down were minuscule in size. Waiter took forever to show you at our table with water. Given that the place serves Indian food and being of Indian origin, I can tell of the sharp decline in standards with the new management. I so wanted to like this place. My wife and I arrived to dinner 10 minutes before they opened and were the first people in the door at 530 pm. At 600 pm, having watched the waiters wait on multiple tables of Indians and never approaching us, we got up to leave. If I hate a person I'd send him to 2gingers, if I want him to suffer/repent , I'd make him eat the shrimp tikka masala. Shrimp is boiled n put in chicken tikka masala Gravy. The table seated 5 mins after us had their order taken before us, however they were Indians so this is typical, discrimination, always wait on Indians first this happened once before here so I will never go back again. read more

I went here 2/17 and ordered Chicken Tikka Masala which by the time I got home, it was very sweet not savory at all and I ordered it level 6 which is the hottest they offer and it was not spicy at all. We came for a late lunch on a Saturday around 1:30pm. We wanted to order off the menu but were told we could only eat off the buffet. Looking around, we could see where people were coming in to pick up food ordered off the menu and even other tables where others had ordered off the menu and not the buffet. Surveying the buffet, it was obviously not kept fresh and pans appeared to have nothing but leftovers from the past 3 hours. We were given a pitcher of tap water and never attended to further. For the unwillingness to serve us off the menu, the poor quality and maintenance of the buffet offerings, the inattentiveness and not to mention how overpriced the buffet was... we will never eat here again.
