I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY from this company! They had great service until the moving day…read moreactually came and they broke my desk, left numerous scratches on my dryer, and broke a storage bin of mine. Prior to hiring them I asked them numerous times if they had insurance to take care of anything that was broken or damaged. They said yes. I expressed to them numerous times my bedroom furniture was fairly new and that some of the pieces were heavy to please take good care of it. They said no problem, we will wrap and secure every item very well and told me they basically have a white glove service. It has been since 4/29 that this has happened and NO ONE has resolved my issues with the broken desk. I have called numerous times and they just keep saying a manager will call back and he never does. I am very upset and want my desk replaced! I really need a desk for my office

He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together.
