The class schedule is great, and has something for everyone, from Yoga and Pilates to Zumba and Spinning and more. Personally I go for the Zumba, I try to hit it every day. The best thing is that the classes are included with your membership, I've noticed some gyms charge extra for that. This one does not. They offer membership plans that work with most anyone's budget, including college students at E-town. There is the option to work closely with a personal trainer as well, for an extra charge, depending on who you decide to go with. There is a large cardio area in the front, weights in the back, full locker rooms, and a private women's only work out/weight area. There's also a smoothie bar (which I've yet to try), and complimentary coffee! I would recommend this gym to anyone, especially someone with an interest in taking classes.

When you first walk in you scan your QR code on the app and are free to choose what you want to work on. Being my first time here a gentleman named Ethan showed me around explaining all the amenities and how each station worked. It was a quick 10 min tour but he was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I love that they have a 30 min work out area so you can fit in a quick workout on the go and a separate weight area. There's an abundance of cardio equipment, mostly stair climbers and treadmills and stations to clean off the equipment when you're done. They do encourage you to download their app which I found super helpful. It contains your QR code to get in, a meter to show how busy it is so you can plan when to go to best suit your schedule, and several workouts and discounts to take advantage of. There are also QR codes to scan on some machines that show how that equipment works if you're not sure how to use them. Overall I'm looking foreword to making this part of my routine to get in shape and the fact it opened just 5 min away from our house is a huge plus.

In that first meeting we discussed several behaviors and strategies to address them. I started working with my dog today and will meet with Tony again in 2 weeks to further hone my skills. So my husband started Googling and found Knucklehead K9. He called & left a msg and Tony called us back within minutes! He gave us all the details of his programs and pricing, and we setup an appt. From the first session Tony set the tone and showed Yolo who was in charge. We were astonished at how quickly he got our dog to listen with just patience, clear direction & treats! My husband and I needed the most training lol! Tony really understands dogs and how they think. He rewards with treats and praise for good behavior and corrects with firm direction for negative behavior. He really taught us how to be our dog's leader. We really liked his training techniques and learned SO much! He is very straight forward and does not sugar coat. It is truly about the owners being consistent and firm. If you're ready for a real dog trainer then Tony is your guy! But YOU better be ready to do the work! We are so much happier with our dog. He's a year old now and we can honestly say he's a GOOD DOG! Sure he's still a pup and has some maturing to do but he has done a 180 since we did the training. We love Tony!

The coaches really know what they're doing and pay attention to you. They're here to help you get better. You become a family here. Everyone has been so welcoming and even noticing when I don't make it in. If I can do it, any one can. Five months ago I would have told you you were crazy if you thought I was going to the gym at 630 am. Now, I can't think of a better time to go. I'm so thankful for the friendships I've made here. And to the coaches here who are walking out this journey with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
