Oh gosh... don't fall for this!!! They first said it was going to be a free inspection at 8am. And guess what neither was true, they ended up attempting to charge me and did not show up at the scheduled time. And when calling to reschedule they attempted to deceive me by not telling me about the $100+ payments until I spoke up and asked about it. Going from free to trying to scam is insane. Not only that. They have another company, I scheduled that one for 3-5 pm and guess what bailed! When calling that company still thinking it was a WHOLE OTHER COMPANY they decided to "surprise" me and it was the same person Dean. All in all don't trust them, they make multiple companies to get all the profit with no quality and consideration for your time, energy, and money. And Dean was very passive aggressive, condescending, and hostile. What is the customer service! read more

Tried contacting them couple times about the issue as they said they'll work with me. I was informed they'll see if maybe processing a refund I told them I'll like to just possibly get the mold test and apply the $65 feet to the mold testing from there never got an update such a shame. Give them a chance to make up and it back fires. Found a new company came out and did more than just put the moisture meter on the wall and way better prices on the test. I would have put company name here but don't want to risk my review getting deleted. read more

Mold inspection is a delicate process and the cost can easily rise within seconds, so I was hesitant to work with a new company. Michael from 24H was so professional as he listened to my concerns. After finding excessive visual evidence of mold Michael worked with my financial constraints to best resolve our testing and I was very satisfied with his resolutions which saved me money and gave me peace of mind. Everything Michael did was followed by a detailed explanation of the process and why he was doing it. I highly recommend 24H Mold Inspection. read more

Eli z was a great help and very informative. I appreciate his professionalism and maturity, he is a great representative of the business!

Beware of 24 Hour Mold Inspection - Total Scam! I had a technician named Ariel come out for a mold inspection, and it turned out to be nothing more than a scare tactic to push unnecessary tests. They swabbed 3 common areas, including the sink and cabinets, where you'd typically expect to find some mold. But what really set off red flags was when they swabbed my **garage** near the washing machines, claiming our clothes might be contaminated. They charged me over $1200 for these tests, and when I got the report, it was a joke--1-2 pages, no spore counts, no moisture readings, no photos, and no infrared tests for water leaks. I recently had a professional come out for a second opinion, and he confirmed my suspicions. He said the fact that Ariel and his team did a swab in the garage was a clear sign that I got ripped off. The garage isn't a living space, and because of the roll-up door, it's normal for moisture to get in. He told me testing the garage was pointless unless someone was living in it or it was converted into a living area. The air quality there is practically the same as outside, so the swab was useless. The real pro explained that mold growth mostly comes from water leaks, not just general water damage. He kept looking for leaks during his inspection because small, undetected leaks can cause moisture buildup behind walls, leading to serious mold infestations. For the same price I paid to Ariel, the second guy could have done air samples for the entire house and provided a detailed report with pinpointed problem areas and remediation suggestions. Do your due diligence and hire a real professional. Don't fall for this company's scare tactics. There are much better options out there for comprehensive mold inspections. read more
