Excellent service. First and foremost they arrive on time and actually give you an appointment time vs a 4 hour window like other places. The staff is courteous, clean and responsible. Their price was very fair, especially relative to others. I got my AC condenser replaced, coil replaced, lines cleaned + purged. Going forward I will be using them for all of my Heating & Cooling Needs read more

My heating system stopped working. Called 24 Heating & Cooling and Jerry answered and came same day (within hours)! Excellent service. He explained the problem and fixed the issue. Was very professional and thorough. Saved me money on my repair. I highly recommend him. Best service. Thankful I found him. read more

My gas bill has been running high, so I called them to check if there was a leak. JARED/Jerry came and installed a new thermostat (that we had bought) and also bled all the radiators. He charged us $150. Within 4 hours there was a water burst in the boiler system. I contacted the emergency number and Jerry said he did not touch the boiler, but he did bleed all the radiators. He also told me the pressure should read less than 20. I texted him back pictures as he requested that the pressure was reading 30. This was a Friday evening. He said he would come in Monday to fix it and check. He didn't come and I called the company so many times with no answer. Then I got a text from Maggie, who stated someone would come on Friday a week later. Then Jerry calls me on Thursday and said he would charge to check it. And I said why would he charge when I already paid him? He said he won't come for free. Like what the heck. He said I just bled the radiators and that is all I did not touch the valve. And I said it's physics. When pressure is released but not water it needs to get released and due to his negligence the water burst in the boiler room. And now the pressures are high. So it's all his fault. And he refused to understand that and said it all happened after he left. He said he won't come for free and won't replace any parts though I have a 5 year warranty. This company was a big disappointment. I initially chose this business to have my heating system replaced completely and they offered loyalty and trust. But after 1 year they are being rude and negligent. Update: 2:55pm: Bonnie from the company just called me and instead of figuring this out in a professional manner proceeded to yell at me and tell me that she knows the whole story because Jerry told her. Did not listen to the problem. Refused to understand that I stated I wasn't going to pay for him to just come and check the boiler system again, but I would pay if he spent time to actually fix the problem. She refused to answer any of my questions. Nor did they take any accountability for the problem they created. Very very disappointed with the way they treat customers. read more

Luckily got a same day service. Now AC works again. Happy. Fast Friendly and Effective. !!! Would recommended.

Utter Crap install and service. 8k for a complete system and had to pay another company to trouble shoot the furnace turning off and on, we found out the flue was not pitched correctly so condensation built up in the pipe and never flowed back down to the heating unit. For a company where the owner has or at least says he has 25 years experience it is unacceptable to blame it on the thermistat and not honor their workmanship read more

102 degree weather perfect time for AC to go out. I called 24 heating at 7:30pm, happen to be around the area - were here in 15min. So lucky =) 30-40 min later AC running again. Reading 4 season reviews in yelp I figure I was going to pay over $300-600. Less than $100. They were very courteous n professional - price was right. They do accept credit cards - hope review helps. read more

at first they were nice, but they came to work more than 2 hours later, without prior notice. The lady who answers the calls was arrogant. They entered the house without any floor protection (they ruined my floors). their work was dirty and demolition of professionalism. I am disappointed and, after paying, complete ignorance and insult read more

I received a text message that had a lot of prejudice and harassment written. The spelling was incorrect as well and most of the letters were in capitalization. I called and spoke with the head of the company a woman. She began with anger and over speaking talking about harassment hate and cultural bias against her people. How her people are and they know the language very well and they ow to languages and they understand English clearly. She continued to talk about how much knowledge she had and that I had none. She said to stop talking every time I was trying to tell her what the other lady said. She stopped me deadlocked and said I spoke enough for 5 minutes and that is her turn to speak. She said I don't want to speak to you any longer because you are no one to talk to about our people because we talk and understand well. She told me 3 times to be quiet is her turn to speak. She yelled and continued on a rant about her culture and her people. She can charge me because I don't need to confirm anything and her people are right. If they have an opening they can send someone out minutes beforehand without confirmation. Her language, her anger, he animosity, her hate towards speaking to me was bulgar. They will charge because they have the right to do so as she said. Maggie was not having a good day today. I forgive her anger and tone as unfortunately, we have that type of society where people feel the need to treat others as I was treated. read more

Worst work ever! every duct in the house leaks as they were never sealed during a new construction installment for our home. Failed inspection 4X and now that they realize that the cost of fixing their mess up is more than the dollar amount I'm holding, they are refuse to come back and fix their errors. They can't even speak proper English. read more

Jerry was very helpful and thorough with the work he performed. I would 100% recommend 24 Heating & Cooling to anyone and will use them again if we need something fixed. read more

This company needs some training on how to deal with proper customer service. The initial install was great. However, don't you dare bother them with a system service because you are better off dealing with the crabby people at the DMV. I contacted the manager because we had scheduling conflicts with the service kid, we have a baby and specifically asked for a certain time. Not only did they chose to show up whenever (and hour late the first time, and an hour earlier the second without a phone call), but when I contacted the lady managing the company she left me in complete shock. With absolutely no respect, she gave me a lecture basically stating that we should accommodate to them, accept the hours they can work, and if we are not OK with that, we should "by our filters from Amazon and do the work ourselves" - Yes those were her words to me. If you need a company that will be able to come when you need them to (not when your baby is sleeping) this company is not for you. They will say they only have a window of time, take or leave it, and they will not care whose home or whether you are available or not. Also, the technicians do not do their job right. He was here only 15 minutes, he did not do a full service on the furnace, leaving water valve off, leaving ductwork closed, and saying that they "check everything" but they lie and charge for a full hour of service. read more

My furnace had broken and I needed to replace it right away. I called a few HVAC Companies in Chicago that are listed on Yelp and for some reason could not get any of them to answer the phone or return my calls. I called 24 Heating & Cooling and they answered right away! They were able to come out to my place shortly, gave me estimates and repaired my furnace. All of this at 10pm! I must say that I paid a very fair price for the service and everything was done very smoothly! I was very happy. These guys are great and I will continue to not only use them but recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Very professional service, we are very happy with the recommended unit. We have been recommending this company to family and friends.

My lovestory with 24 Heating & Cooling started several years ago when per my neighbor's recommendation 24 Heating & Cooling installed HVAC system into the home I have just purchased. Fast, courteous, prompt and reasonably priced service. Just plain simple, no headache, extremely dependable. I am a local Realtor and I have been recommending their services to my clients and they have always delivered 110%. I would definitely put my name behind this company as I trust their expertise and service. Thumbs up! read more

Waste of money! They try to rip you off by replacing everything even though it is still good. They can't communicate with you well about anything pertaining their business. Save yourself money and headache. Stay away. read more

They scheduled an appointment 9-11am on a Saturday three days in advance. They never called to confirm anything. I called them at 9:30 am the day of the appointment to inquire on the status and was told that the technician will be out sometime later that day. Since I don't live at the property and had other plans that day, I left. Then they called almost an hour later to tell me that they could get someone out there in the next 45 min. I was not going to waste the entire day on them. Use them if you're into gambling. read more

We recently bought a new house and had to get completely new HVAC in to replace a 30-ry-old system (furnace, AC, humidifier, hot water heater.) 24 Heating & Cooling got us a very fair price on the bundle (we actually upgraded to a 2-stage variable speed furnace as we had room in the budget given their quote), and installed it all in a day, very cleanly. I'm more than happy with their service, prices, and products. Love it. read more
