When I asked about the website, the staff told me it was "not our problem", and "we don't care", and "we are not responsible for the website". When I pressed them on the information posted on the website, they said it was probably the old owners. So, I asked when the owners changed. They said it was 5 years ago, but again they didn't care and are not responsible. This review is for the attitude of employees at The Postal Shoppe. Instead of "I'm sorry we no longer offer that service. I'll let the owner know to update the website"; it was "not our problem", and "we don't care". A man came up and told me I need to pull back out. I said I will...... then I proceeded to ask him where the cans go. Then a big man with a beard come up and started rudely chastising me for pulling inside (an honest mistake on my part). He then asked what I need. After all that chastising I told him I needed nothing. He then told me I shouldn't be upset because I was the one that did something wrong. I started pulling out and he mentioned a price of 60 cents a pound. I don't care if it's 60 dollars a pound. I WILL NOT be talked to like that and I will never be back. I will take my cans elsewhere. Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I've received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what's going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I've gotten at other stores. They're also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you. I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they'd charge me $80+ to do the same fix. I'm a big fan of this place and will be going to Revival for my future repair needs from now on.

Went to get my broken screen fixed, took almost a year with poor communication, and ended up…read morecosting me $400 somehow (was told $90 screen, $150 labor). Screen is fixed but now laptop fans make it too loud to use, seem to have traded one issue for another. Ended up just buying a new one. Owner seems to be a fine guy but was not a good experience I would recommend to others. If I had been more local and not out of state constantly, would've picked it back up after the first month and went to Best Buy or something. Maybe those with more technical PC knowledge will fare better.
