The employees I've interacted with recently have all been super friendly and helpful, even though all I was doing was dropping off with a prepaid label.

I didn't have the right kind of box, and I didn't have it sealed. The staff here was very accommodating and helped me get the phone boxed, sealed and shipped with no hassle at all. My wife had a package that was for a competitor, they couldn't ship it there, but they did give us directions to the closest location of their competitor. They were extremely nice and helpful.
