We had the tile surrounding our fireplace replaced. Daniel and Jeff were the two Floor 360…read moreemployees that did the work. Daniel was polite and considerate. Did a thorough job of properly preparing the site including the demolition of the previous tile work. He took great care not to damage any of our existing mahogany wood work. The area was masked and the wood floor covered to limit any damage. He set the tile in place while Jeff assisted with cutting necessary tile. Daniel closely followed the diagram prepared by Floor 360 and it came out as expected. At the end Daniel used a laser to insure the evenness of the tile. Our new fireplace looks wonderful and the tile work is perfect installed. I would use Floor360 again (this is the 3rd time). They are competitive and their installers, Daniel and Jeff did great work.

We arranged for this company to install…read morehardwood flooring st our lake house property about a year ago, at first it looked great but over a short few months, the flooring began to buckle and the transition strips came up off of the flooring. We have been calling for months to arrange for the company to come out and fix the buckling floor and they have bluntly been ignoring us. I called last Monday 8/26 and left 2 voicemails for the service department on Ruth's voicemail and again today on 9/4 and have never received a call back. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for the original flooring and for this company to ignore our service calls is down right disrespectful. I suppose the next step is to report them to the BBB.

We employed the services of Candance & Design to do our main bathroom remodel back in February. The…read moreroad to get the project done was painful but the end result is an amazing transformation. The ideas & suggestions provided by Candy made a difference in the overall look & feel of our remodeled bathroom. Buildertrend, which is the software utilized by Candance & Design, offers the client details of their project from start to finish so you can follow along as the transformation takes place. I found the information very beneficial which would help formulate questions. I would recommend Candance & Design for a bathroom remodel project with one caveat. Communication, which was sometimes broken between all parties, is key to ensure the project goes as smooth as possible and done according to client's desires. Once we got on track, all started to fall into place. Love our new bathroom!

We have just completed our 4th project with Candance & Design, the remodeling of a screened porch…read more Candy worked with us on the design plan and offered creative ideas as well as constructive feedback on our thoughts about the renovation. We ultimately agreed on a plan and price and the work was completed on the schedule Candy had projected. We had a slight wait on a custom slider but given the current supply chain issues this was acceptable. Candy is an effective project manager and her focus in on the quality of the build. She was here often and paid close attention to the details. As a result, the finished product met all our expectations for a functional space that looks attractive. Candy's focus on customer satisfaction has been obvious in each of the projects we contracted for - in addition to the screened porch we had major renovations to our family room, garage, and home office. In each project Candy paid attention to the detail and the quality of workmanship. Also, we stayed within her projected budget unless we added changes. We would recommend Candance & Design for their creativity, commitment to quality and customer service.

She redesigned the entire bathroom and it actually works out better for us. We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and she was very conscious of making sure we were comfortable with every decision and action from beginning to end. Then we met with Eric, Brittany and Staci to go over everything from beginning to end. They all walked us through everything and how we could track daily updates. Through the process, they communicated constantly to make sure things were going good. Martin was also incredible every time he was here. He was also very conscious to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for 4 better people to work with. If we ever decide to update our Kitchen, I hope we get the same 4 people. I would highly recommend Kowalske and their team.
