If you're into aesthetic food photo ops you'll appreciate this spot. The presentation of the food is really fun! Lots of people passing by looked so intrigued with my food lol. I ordered the anti gravity sausage noodles and they were pretty good. This dish has a bold garlic taste. I kind of wish there was a little bit of broth because the noodles could use some moisture. It's a super savory meal so you'll definitely need water on the side. Next time I'm going to try the shrimp because the sausage was just meh. read more

Take a chance at 206 BCE Noodles. It was so delicious and flavorful. We had two dishes from this vendor, the House Special Phó featuring that giant piece of meat and the Anti-Gravity Noodles. Honestly that was one of the best tasting pho we had. And super inexpensive for only $14! The Anaheim Packing District does get busy and finding a place to sit can be quite tricky. When I'm Anaheim, you need to head over to Packing District! There are so many options to choose from so you can get a little taste of everything, from all types of cuisines! We decided to stop by 206bce and got their Anti Gravity Noodles and Garlic Butter Shrimp Platter! I loved the taste and texture of their noodles which had a nice kick, and the shrimp was super flavorful as well. The shrimp platter was also a hit, since anything cooked in garlic butter is a must for me! Parking is hard to find here and you maybe be walking around a while trying to decide what to eat, but if it looks good definitely get in line! read more

Overall the food here is good but there is room for improvement. Ordered the anti-gravity house noodles which comes with shrimp and cajun sausage, which was pretty good. The cost of the house noodles w/ tax is around $17 and honestly if you're looking for a unique picture for your foodie Instagram page or your Yelp page, then it may be worth paying for. Now if you're care more about getting your money's worth of food, then I'd say pass on this. They add this huge chunk of raw radish, smack in the middle of the bowl with half a boba straw wedged in between the radish, in order to hold the chopsticks to create the "anti-gravity" effect. Due to the giant piece of radish, it takes up most of the bowl space so not only is it uncomfortable to eat the noodles, you technically get less noodles. Unfortunately the noodles cool down super fast, so by the time I took a bite, the noodles were already clumped up together and was barely warm. Despite this, the noodles were still very flavorful and the shrimp was absolutely delicious. Definitely order the shrimp bowl one rather than the ones with the sausages because the sausages are a tad bit salty. I'd say the anti-gravity noodles are more so, a try it at least once type of thing, but not something you'd want to get a second time. One way I think would improve the overall flavor and balance out the saltiness would be to add a fried egg or a soft boiled egg. read more

I was told that 206 BCE Noodles has anti-gravity noodles so we decided to try it out. This is also our first time to go to the Anaheim Packing House and they have many food choices there. We decided to go to 206 BCE noodles and we ordered the anti-gravity house noodles, garlic butter shrimp platter, chicken egg rolls, and a diet cola. The Anti gravity house noodles are egg noodles tossed in buttery house garlic sauce with fried shrimps and Cajun sausages served "floating" with chopsticks It looked amazing! But don't set the expectations too high on the noodles coz it's mainly for photo ops. It was not bad but it's not something that you've never had before. It was not as flavorful as I thought. I like the fried shrimps but not a fan for the Cajun sausages though. Garlic butter shrimp platter, yum!!! I would recommend this dish even though it was oily but they gave us a lot of garlic butter shrimp and even the jasmine rice was so delicious. This order was big too! So the price was reasonable for this order. The chicken egg rolls- they were crispy but was it very delicious or must order? hmm I will pass it next time coz I would rather get the egg rolls at other Vietnamese cuisines. the diet cola- not to everyone's taste but I'm okay with it. They do not use the typical noodles uses in Vietnamese Garlic Noodles... they use the noodles found un wonton soup. First visit to the Packing district. Pretty cool place. Early dinner on the weekend and the place is really packed. Among the food options, I ended up going trying out this place. I think they only have 6 food items in their menu. Ordered the noodles with shrimp and sausage. I wasn't aware of their floating noodles but I can see how it gets people to try them. Noodles were cooked good although I found the whole dish salty. Expect long line. It seems like the cooking service is pretty slow. read more

I didn't catch your name this afternoon around 4:15, but you deserve a raise. That's about as far as the positives go, though. The food is entirely mediocre. As far as the drink options go, it's very limited. My friend & I got the anti-gravity noodles, and it's just a ploy for Instagram-ability. The flavors are fine, the sausage was ok, & the shrimp was good. However, referring to the pictures, "anti-gravity" means the noodles are held up with chopsticks by a MASSIVE root vegetable & a straw attached to it. It makes the portion size look much bigger than it actually is. For $16+, I was expecting a lot more than 1 cup of pasta & 6 shrimps. We finished our bowls & quickly walked around looking for more food. I'd recommend skipping this place. There might be a reason why this food stall has changed ownership multiple times over the years. read more

The anti-gravity noodles are a lot of fun to get! It really has a great "wow" factor when you see the dish being brought out to you. The dish is packed full of flavor and I really love the flavor and texture of the broth. Overall, it isn't the best bowl of noodles, but it might be the most fun bowl I've ever had. However, their pho is not good. I got it one time when I wasn't feeling great and it was very bland and there was nothing special about it. The meat was also very tough and they didn't give much. It honestly just wasn't a very satisfying dish to eat. I'd come back for the anti-gravity noodles to show others, but this place wouldn't be my first choice as far as noodle dishes go. read more

It was frankly bizarre to me why they thought this was cool lol. As for the noodles, bland and greasy. Very little seasoning and it was just begging for some extra broth. Also a pretty strong fishy taste despite no shrimp in my noodle bowl. I got sausage only yet tasted like Shrimp or some other fish sauce was used in the broth. It did take some time to get our noodles, but we weren't in a rush. The noodles are served "floating" with chopsticks, so it looks really cool.
