    Chicken cheese ramen
    Gerina O.

It was my first time trying cheese ramen! I thought the concept was super fun and was really excited to try it. Pick up was very easy and contactless. I would just be careful walking through the parking lot as most of the other customers are food delivery pickups and drive kind of recklessly through the lot. I brought my food home to eat and followed the instructions given. I didn't like how the toppings went with the ramen. The chicken was good but I felt like the tomatoes and broccoli were an odd pairing with cheesy ramen - I think I would have appreciated something that didn't clash like mushrooms or onions. I didn't taste the garlic at all in my garlic cheese sauce either. Overall, it was just ok. I also bought the fishballs - those were good. Interesting concept but execution was lacking.

We were up in the area to do some shopping, and we had seen this unique ramen before and wanted to give it a try! When you walk in, there's a touch screen kiosk where you can select from several vendors to order food from, and you can find Cheezup and order from here. There are several meat choices to choose from to top your ramen - filet mignon, shrimp, pork chop, chicken, ham & egg, and veggie. We decided on chicken and pork chop! Toppings of broccoli, corn and grape tomatoes are also included in every order. The star of this is of course the cheese sauce. The chef uses a blend of 3 mild cheese with hot water, so its not overly pungent or rich. Just nice and smooth And the noodles keep a nice bouncy texture and don't get too soft or soggy. Check out how cool these containers are. The noodles and toppings go into the bottom main container, and there's a smaller insert for the cheese sauce that goes on top. There's a protective paper that goes on top of the cheese sauce to keep it from hardening or developing a film - how cool is that? You remove the paper and pour the sauce over your ramen when you're ready to eat! So how's the taste you ask? DELICIOUS We thought it looked delicious in other posts, but actually trying it even exceeded our expectations. We both love cheese and we both love ramen, and this was something truly unique that we've never seen anywhere else. The amount of meats and toppings were very generous portions and seasoned so well too. The cheese sauce binds everything together so nicely without being overkill/overwhelming. I brought home the rest to try with my picky kiddo later who loved this! His love for mac n cheese made this an easy transition to "cheesy noooooodles!!" Cheezup is still taking to- go orders for now, but they will be moving into a full restaurant space eventually - can't wait to go back with our son! Craving again already!

Asias popular dish, cheese ramen, but now in the states! Delicious secret cheese sauce is a mixture w/ a variety of cheeses, which I usually don't like but wow this sauce is insane! Paired w/ fresh Japanese ramen or GF noodles. Your tastebuds will go on an foodie adventure. *Protein of choices: Filet mignon, pork chop, ham n cheese, chicken, shrimp, or just veggies *Premium toppings also available: Egg, spam,& marinated soft tofu. Fast delivery or pick up too

Got to check out the new contactless food concept food hall today! I ordered some Chicken cheese ramen from this place on the machine. Everything was so easy and fast! You choose your protein and then your sauce and any side you want to add and they will text you your order status! I ordered the chicken classic cheese ramen and it's good and a new way to enjoy ramen; think about a fancy Asian version of Mac and cheese! The cheese sauce is smooth with a right amount of flavor and the ramen has a good texture! The chicken I ordered is juicy and nicely seasoned! I also tried their fish balls with curry (it's a popular snack in Hong Kong/Macau area), the fish balls are in pretty good size and a good balance of fish taste and the curry comprised it well with it!

Took it to-go from a popup they had at my school. It tastes great reheated! If you do reheat it please add water to the noodles first so they don't get dry though. The cheese ramen reminds me a lot of the uni pasta at the restaurant I used to work at (EMC seafood) except better because it doesn't have the briny/fishy taste to it and actually microwaves well..... Also just a better value overall because the uni pasta was like $34 and this is just around $10??? For a more enjoyable dish that doesn't pain me to eat?? The cheese sauce is super rich and creamy and flavorful (tastes just like uni pasta without the uni I'm so serious) but not so much that it's overwhelming, I could happily eat the entire thing without struggling! It's also super filling (which is to be expected since well... it's cheese ramen!) The owner(?) was also super nice!! Wish I could have it more often!!

This is a hidden gem here in Anaheim. Pretty hard to find but it's found within Anaheim food co building. Right now there only take out. The filet mignon and pork chop are both really fresh, cooked kinda like a teppanyaki style so you get all the good flavors. The cheese wasn't too heavy so you won't feel like trash afterwards and really is a unique concept. It's really different than the ramens with soup that just put a slap of cheese on top. Definitely check this out if you're around the area!

Located inside the so called ghost kitchen, this place was super confusing and fascinating at the same time. As soon as you head into the door that says food pickup / takeout or whatever, there's a tablet on the left to order food and two more on the right to check in. Not really sure what's the check in one are about but since I used DoorDash, I just went directly to the window and asked about my order. The person will then tell you which locker it is located in and have you retrieve the order from there. If you place an order there, they will text you when it's ready and let you know which locker the food is in. This ramen is a pretty interesting concept as I've never seen it before. Honestly it is like the instant maruchan cheese ramens but better. Make sure you read the instructions on the bag before you eat it or you'll make the same mistake I did. They have a piece of parchment/wax paper on top of the cheese sauce that needs to be removed prior to pouring out. My guess is that they need that to prevent the sauce from forming a cheese crust/curdle on top. Filet mignon with classic cheese - They are quite generous on the meat. I had one very chewy piece and one piece that was just a chunk of fats, but other than that the beef pieces were tender. It was also nicely marinated. The amount of sauce is just right. There won't be enough to actually give you soup, rather it is a thick sauce that coats the noodles and resembles a soupless ramen. Loved the tomatoes they put into it as the acidity really helps break down the thick sauce a bit. The broccoli adds on a very nice texture and the sweetness of the corn also helps a lot. I think the noodle choice is just right, because if they went any thicker, it wouldn't have tasted good with the sauce. The noodles are springy and has a nice chew to them. The cheese sauce is also just right. It does not overwhelm or overpower anything in the bowl. Super smooth and not grainy at all. Chicken with garlic cheese - pretty much the same descriptions as the above, except you get strips of chicken with garlic cheese sauce. The chicken portion is also quite generous and the garlic cheese sauce is more fragrant than the classic cheese sauce. Overall, it adds more flavor. Portion size looked tiny at first, but it is actually just right. Very impressed with this and will be looking forward to coming back again.

Omg so yummy!! Would order again:) I got the beef steak cheese ramen and the signature fish ball side. The cheese sauce was super fresh even with delivery and the noodles r so good. If you order you have to get the fish ball side (reminds me of the kind from Hong Kong LOL) would recommend

Get some yummy cheese ramen here!! Located in a hidden ghost kitchen style warehouse building, Cheezeup makes the ramen with real cheese without milk or flour and just water. Most cheese makes me feel bloated and heavy, but this one was light and filled me just enough so that it didn't make me feel bad or anything. I love the corn and broccoli mixed in it and I would definitely recommend this to others and come back to order again!

I got the cheese noodles with pork. Not a lot of pork or veggies.

I found a tissue chewing two bites into the noodles. I got the cheese noodles with pork. Not a lot of pork or veggies. Cheezeup.. Edit: Came back to try again, much better portions and flavor. Thank you Chris for clarifying the tissue and reaching out.

Really nice people, however everything felt low quality and unflavored for the price. The "spicy" part of their food is just add jalapeños.
