Rich, buttery, and packed with chocolate chips and perfectly gooey in the middle, with those irresistible crispier edges. Would absolutely wait in line again.

What we tried: Peach Apricot Cruffin Almond Croissant white cheddar scone Chai latte Matcha latte. Everything tasted great. Peach Apricot Cruffin's layer of dough was better than last time. Very crispy and buttery. Peach apricot Filling and cream topping were paired so well and addictive. Almond Croissant was one of the best I have ever had. Patry was dense and very crispy, Almond paste filling was just right amount and sweetness.Excellent item. Scone was also very crispy on outside and so buttery and flavorful inside. Very delicious. Matcha latte had also creamy texture and right size of sweetness with strong Matcha flavor. Chai latte was even better than Matcha latte. Chai flavor was very strong and texture was super creamy. Ambience was very nice. I will visit again next time I visit Whistler!

The space is quite large, with plenty of tables as well as bar-style seating along the windows, which is especially nice if you want to sit and watch the surroundings. The service was okay. There seemed to be quite a few employees working, and everyone looked very busy and rushed even though there were only a few customers at the time, which felt a little unusual. The coffee, however, tasted fresh and was very good. I also enjoyed the hot chocolate because it wasn't overly sweet, which I personally prefer. The cakes and pastries were just average and didn't stand out as much as the drinks. Overall, it's a comfortable and conveniently located café, especially for a coffee stop while exploring the nearby villages.

Pies?!? Who doesn't love pies?…read more I've been here a couple times and so glad they're in whistler. In my most recent trip, we discovered their vegan mixed berry pie. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was full of all the berries I love from strawberry raspberry, blueberry blackberry. Warm with a delicious crust. We loved it so much. We came back again the next day. Are pie the second day for whatever reason was slightly undercooked and just seemed to be a little bit different but nonetheless we liked it so we came back in the third day unfortunately they didn't have any meat at that time. But is this not evidence that we absolutely loved their berry pie? They're very popular every time we went. There was always a line, but it does move fast. There's minimal indoor and outdoor seating very quaint very casual but very friendly & very quick service.

I ordered a 12 oz hot latte, and was pretty good. The espresso was strong and flavorful, and surprisingly, the drink wasn't overly sweet. I expected the maple and hazelnut syrups to make it much sweeter, but the flavors were well balanced. It was also very creamy. I'd definitely recommend it if you enjoy a strong latte that's not too sweet. They also sell sandwiches and baked goods. I was really tempted to try the giant oatmeal cookie, but I noticed a fly roaming around on top of it, which quickly changed my mind. The café itself is pretty small, with only a few tables inside, but there's plenty of outdoor seating and lots of places to relax around Whistler Village. One downside is that they don't have outlets available for charging cell phones.

I guess my expectations were a little too high and my eyes ordered more than I should have. Ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and a long John. I was quite disappointed in both. The cinnamon rolls were quite dry and not enough ooey gooey cinnamon, butter and sugar filling. The frosting doesn't quite melt either. It was only when you got to the center was when the cinnamon rolls were soft with filling. The other parts are just dry and flavorless. The long John was also underwhelming. They used the same frosting as the cinnamon rolls inside the long John. I guess I'm used to more of a custard filling. Sadly, I'm still in search of a great cinnamon roll in Whistler.

We thought it was a fluke because of a recent Pemberton Fire with a lot of employees living there, etc. Then we went back tonight at 6 PM again for dessert and they were closed again. Two employees are in there, but the lights are off and they won't answer the door. There's a big sign that says they're open till 7 PM every day. It's the owner's choice what time she chooses to stay open till, but your signage needs to reflect your actual hours consistently. Also, your Yelp hours need to be accurate too. People drive all the way over here and pay for parking and then you're closed. It's extremely disappointing and I've been supporting your business since around 2007.

We walked up to the Whistler location, which is convenient for grabbing a quick treat while exploring the village, especially after spending time outdoors. The shop has a simple, focused setup built around fast service and freshly prepared desserts, with a steady line of customers moving through the counter throughout the day. The BeaverTails are the main draw, and the best part is the texture. The pastry has a crisp exterior while staying soft and chewy inside, which makes it easy to see why it is such a popular Canadian treat. We tried a few different toppings and found the strawberry cheesecake option stood out with a good balance of sweetness, while the classic cinnamon sugar version kept things simple and enjoyable. The toppings are generous and the pastry itself is substantial enough to feel like a proper dessert rather than a light snack. There are also more creative choices like chocolate, fruit, and seasonal toppings for anyone wanting something different, and the variety across the menu gives you a reason to try something new on repeat visits. The ordering process was quick, and the staff kept things moving even when there was a steady line. The team handled the flow efficiently, and the service remained friendly despite the volume of orders. Since it is mainly a grab-and-go spot, seating is limited, so it works better as a snack stop rather than a place to sit for a long time. The outdoor benches nearby provide a spot to enjoy the pastry while taking in the village atmosphere. BeaverTails is worth trying if you are visiting Whistler and want a dessert that is different from the usual options. The combination of fresh pastry, unique toppings, and convenient location makes it an easy stop while walking around the village. It delivers a warm, satisfying treat that feels like a classic Canadian experience, and the simplicity of the concept is what makes it work so well.
