Dropped my Scott bicycle in one morning early for a service and met one of the guys opening up. After saying what i needed done the guy said to call in an hour to confirm. I got held up in work so didn't call til about 12. When i called i was told by an assistant that the job was done, i was pleasantly surprised. I needed to walk back over which took me about 25 minutes, when I arrived it turns out it was someone else's Scott bicycle that was fixed, mine was just left to one side. The guy who met me asked me for my details again, which he should have had on record anyway because i have been in several times into the store to buy stuff for my bikes and to get my bikes fixed. The same guy was really abrupt, almost arrogant, and blamed me for not calling earlier, even though his assistant said to me and confirmed with someone (i'm guessing the guy) in the background while on the phone earlier that it was ready. I needed my bicycle back so left with a un-serviced bicycle. Guys, if you are running a business the onus is on you to track what work you have on. Poor show, so i wont be using your services or buying anything from you again. read more
