Our wedding was held at Cornerstone Sonoma which plays hosts to multiple property attractions including a winery, barn, dinner tent, shops and outdoor art installations. With a venue as such, VME was efficient and strategic in all accounts to ensure each phase of our wedding ran smoothly. Rom was absolutely amazing as our lead coordinator! Right off the bat, she understood our style and the type of wedding we wanted to plan. She showed a genuine interest and offered sincere suggestions which we really appreciated. With it being wedding season and all, we never once felt her attention divide. We can not thank her enough for being engaged and on top of everything. As a bride who has never dreamed up a wedding as a child, we were kind of just pulling random pins in hopes it would all come together. Rom was really supportive of all our major DIY projects and even scheduled touch bases to help keep us on track. We commend her patience and positive attitude throughout the entire adventure-- which I have to mention was tested during our ride from the hotel to the venue! With a storage mishap, each of the bridesmaids literally held a layer of our four tiered wedding cake in lap as we steadily drove all while keeping with the timeline schedule. Let me just say how comforting it was, Rom was completely calm and collected ensuring me the cake would be assembled without worry. In my head, I'm just praying we don't run over a speed bump and butter cream her entire interior! The level of dedication we received from Rom and VME on our wedding day was above and beyond anything we expected! The communication between all our vendors alongside the VME team was consistent from start to finish. Throughout the day we even received compliments from our guests on their professionalism and how well each series of events was executed and transitioned to the next. It was clear all parties involved were on the same page. Number one wedding day advice: spend a moment with each other to just take it all in. We are so grateful for Rom, as we were lucky enough to take in many moments during our wedding day!

Satra and her assistant were invaluable on our wedding day - they were attentive to my husband and I, while keeping an eye on our timeline and making sure everything ran smoothly. Once we did a virtual introduction call with Stacy, it was a quick decision for us to know we wanted to work with her for our big day. From the start, Stacy's energy has always been both encouraging and affirming. Wedding planning is a time that is commonly stressful, but Stacy felt like our biggest ally the entire time. She respected all of our preferences, elaborated on our ideas so creatively, and protected our budget like it was her own. I can't imagine the amount of vendor correspondence leading up to the day, but her ability to manage everything so seamlessly confirms her level of expertise and professionalism. On top of being a logistical master, Stacy has a great eye and bright imagination when it comes to the decor and experience of a wedding. Once we shared our desired aesthetic, her input only elevated everything while maintaining cohesion and sophistication. As someone who gets decision paralysis, Stacy narrowed down all of our major vendor and decor decisions to a few quality options, and she took care of the rest. We were already impressed with Stacy's planning skills, but her day-of coordination was next-level. As the bride, I felt so at ease throughout our entire wedding weekend. I was especially blown away when she showed me - first thing in the morning - her mini printout of our entire wedding day's timeline that she kept cleverly tucked into her purse. The direction Stacy provided for our wedding party during rehearsal led to a beautiful ceremony, and we were truly able to enjoy being present with our guests while Stacy was overseeing all of the behind-the-scenes operations. Many of our guests later reported that it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and we owe all of that to Stacy's genius. If my husband and I could get married again, we would work with Stacy again in a heartbeat!

From the start, Stacy was incredibly detailed and organized, respecting our wish to select our main vendors ourselves and to use much of our venue's existing design. Even though we didn't need the full design package, Stacy remained actively engaged-always quick to respond to emails (before the 3 month mark) and offer thoughtful advice as we navigated the vendor selection process. We faced some unexpected staffing changes with our venue and thanks to Stacy's calm and clear communication these transitions had little impact in our planning process. She helped us absorb so much of the stress that came with lost context and new contacts, ensuring that nothing fell through the cracks. Her ability to step in, get everyone up to speed, and keep the planning process moving forward was truly impressive. As we got closer to the big day, Stacy's expertise became even more apparent. About three months out, she took charge of organizing all our vendors and worked closely with us to ensure every contract was in order and all venue requirements were met. She helped us prioritize decisions to maximize our budget, always providing clear, practical advice about which details were most important and which we could let go of. This guidance made a huge difference in helping us focus on what really mattered and kept us from getting overwhelmed by the small stuff. Throughout the entire process, Stacy's super detailed approach, extreme organization, and calm, clear communication made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped for. On the big day, the execution went so smoothly and we stayed on time with her gently guiding parents, older relatives, a large wedding party, and all of our vendors, which gave us the ultimate gift of a super stress-free wedding day and the time of our lives. We cannot recommend Stacy Lorelle enough!
