Brothers Juan and Diego now run the business together, carrying on the legacy of their father, Juan Sr., who started it in his garage back in 1984. How cool is that?! When I first visited the shop, Juan spent so much time giving me personalized attention, patiently helping me choose the perfect framing designs for two pieces that are very near and dear to my heart. He has a wonderful artistic eye, and I genuinely felt like he cared just as much about how the finished pieces would look as I did. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or upsold. One of my favorite parts of the experience was that Juan's wife and children were there, with the kids playing and hanging out while we worked on the designs. It honestly felt less like walking into a retail store and more like being welcomed into someone's family room. There was something so charming and authentic about that! When I returned to pick up my finished pieces, I met Juan's brother, Diego, who was equally kind and accommodating. He graciously loaded both of my heavier framed pieces into the back of my truck. He also helped me remove some old family photographs from frames I no longer wanted, returned the photos to me, and offered to donate the empty frames on my behalf. He didn't charge me a penny for the extra help. Just genuinely thoughtful, above-and-beyond service. And the finished pieces? Absolutely gorgeous! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were everything I'd hoped for. I'll be upfront: custom framing here isn't inexpensive. But if you're looking for exceptional quality, an artistic eye, thoughtful design guidance, and truly personal service, this is the kind of place that's worth investing in, especially for artwork or keepsakes that mean something to you. They also have a great selection of ready-made frames crafted from high-quality leftover framing materials, offering a much more affordable alternative if you don't need something completely custom. I'm so glad I found this place. It's refreshing to experience a business where craftsmanship, family, pride, and genuine kindness are all so clearly woven together.
