I would always see this food truck (tortas Azteca) parked alongside of the road of The giant Highway of Richmond parkway for years but never tried it so decided to try it myself. The times I've seen it, i see a lot of construction workers eating there. Parking is alongside the road where the food truck parks at, so you would have to pull over to the side of the road, which I only give 4 stars for, because traffic is fast (speeds of 50mph and up) and incoming and can be dangerous and not safe. Lots of variety from tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, to cold sandwiches and what I came for, Breakfast burritos. I decided to get the #1 breakfast burrito which is Bacon, Sausage, Ham, potatoes, egg and cheese. Didn't have to wait for the food too long, I would say 5-6 minutes max until i got my burrito. OMG the burrito was FAT, generous size, and delicious. Its definitely good to share for 2. I like my food on the spicy side and thank god they have different types of hot sauces for your spicy needs to offer. The burrito was delicious. I couldn't believe I've been missing out on these breakfast burritos and this food truck. This truck has been sitting here of the highway, every morning, for years and I just discovered the flavors of it. The price for this burrito was amazing. Cheap like $6-7 dollars. Normally this burrito as big as this is an easy $10-12 dollars elsewhere. The meat and eggs were perfectly cooked. I would definitely visit this place again and get the number 1 or try something new other than breakfast. Can't wait to go back to try a regular burrito. Definitely recommend this place for a breakfast burrito. Lots of flavor, food comes out fast, cheap price, can't beat it.
