I was searching for a place to get CPR/BLS certification & came across this place. It didn't specify if this training was for everything I needed, so I called the instructor to find out before I enrolled. She was very rude to me, wouldn't give me her name or answer my simple question. Rather she kept saying I had to enroll first, but I kept trying to explain that I needed my question answered BEFORE I enrolled. She refused to answer & then hung up on me.

I wanted to utilize their services as they seemed more affordable than others around the area, but as I went to purchase my spot in class it had a few other questions. Did I want to pay extra money to ensure I passed the class as well as something else that I cannot remember at the moment but it was for only $19.99! After saying no, it asked again as a last chance offer if I would only like to pay $9.99 to ensure I passed the class no matter the length of time it took! I said no again and continued with payment to hold my spot for the class. Then I received an email with instructions for the class and in those instructions was a link to buy an e-book manual (needed per AHA guidelines) because apparently those are NOT provided in class. Almost $17 for an e-book. NO WHERE on their website did it say we would also have to purchase a book! It was information given to us after the fact. This additional cost made their class even more expensive than one that could've been taken elsewhere! I emailed their support asking for a refund since they were not up front with all of their costs and they were quick to email back and assured me that the teacher at the location I would be testing at was "not strict" about bringing in a manual. I again asked for a refund as I will not be attending a place who do not follow proper protocol and are constantly trying to get extra money out of people. So not only are their hidden fees everywhere, they also are not properly following AHA guidelines to get people certified. I've still yet to hear back about a refund! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

I took a CMA class here & I did like that the classes are fast track & the teachers are very nice,…read morebut the class I took was inadequate & did not at all prepare me to pass the certification test. One third of that test was over stuff we did not go over in class. Causing me to fail the first time I took it & then I had to pay the fee a second time if I wanted to take it again. I barley passed the second time, cuz while I did know some of the correct answers cuz I found the information myself, there was still a lot on the certification test that I couldn't answer correctly cuz I wasn't educated on it.
