During shot mandation I contacted my physician's office, which in past had been very helpful . There were a lot of changes and, like so many, he ended up in private practice. But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I did not receive a structured or comprehensive healing plan. Instead, I was given numerous scattered suggestions that felt overwhelming and lacked cohesion. There was also a significant error in my chart--an established diagnosis I've had for 20 years was listed as "non-diagnosed." When I brought this to Dr. Edwards' attention, his response was "that would only be on my chart if I had told them that." This felt unprofessional and dismissive. I also completed an additional test at Dr. Edwards' recommendation after being told it would provide valuable insight. When the results came back, I was told there was "little" to take from them, yet another practitioner later reviewed the same results and offered a much clearer, more actionable interpretation. I raised my concerns about the care I was receiving on two occasions. After the first time, I was scheduled for an appointment, but the outcome was again a list of many suggestions with no real plan. After voicing my concerns a second time, I was removed from the membership. Ultimately, my time and money were not well spent here. I have since found a practitioner who provides a clear, manageable healing plan and truly supportive care. Based on my experience, I would encourage those with chronic or complex health issues to seek care elsewhere if they are looking for thorough guidance, clarity, and follow-through. The level of care initially promised to me was not at all delivered and I felt more like a burden than a cared for patient.

On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. There were so many things about my mother's experience in early January 2026 to complain about…read more First, in my interactions with the social worker, their only concern was her leaving the facility after Medicare quit paying 100% for my mother's stay without any regard whatsoever as to her condition/ability to return home. They did not want to her stay beyond the 10 days that Medicare apparently deemed a reasonable stay upon her being admitted. They refused to keep her longer despite my mother having excellent supplemental insurance and her remaining on fall alert her entire stay. When I contacted their billing office in Plano Texas, they told me that they accepted her supplemental insurance provider and I would have to discuss the issue with the local admission office. Secondly, they told my sister and I that we would have to care for my mother in one of our homes or stay with her when she was discharged. They never once mentioned the possibility of sending her to another rehab facility until after we requested an immediate transfer to another facility. Thirdly, and most egregiously, someone at the PAM facility advised my mother than she could hire an attorney to prevent us from moving her into a long term care facility or nursing home. They told her we couldn't move her into such a facility without her permission. Lastly, apparently someone at PAM greatly assisted or wrote a glowing 5 star review for themselves on Google the day before she was discharged. While they may have provided good care while my mother was in the facility, she was not in any shape to return to her home to resume living alone. PAM Rehab Tulsa has some major communication issues to resolve and I would NOT recommend anyone checking in here unless it was an absolute last resort.

Doctor Vandoren is one of the most easiest Doctors to talk to in my experience in my 71 years. He always goes over and beyond to help his patients with pain. A few years ago he put me on a medication and he also gave me a copy of his own research on this particular medication. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to pain management and he is now the head doctor at Olympia Neurological Institute for good reason, he's an amazing doctor and is extremely knowledgeable about his medical profession!

I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend.
