They also helped contact insurance and my pediatrician. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire insurance mixup. They have appointments before 8:00am as well for working parents!

My family has been at TherapyWorks for EIGHT years. During this time, we have done PT, speech, OT,…read morefeeding, and aquatics between 3 of my children. We have had our share of therapists moving throughout the years, but when a company loses almost their entire office/business staff in one week and every therapist is either looking for new employment or leaving in the matter of a few weeks, red flags are everywhere. The new ownership has tanked this respected business and created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. My children have evaluations set up at a new clinic, and I look forward to taking our business elsewhere. Look at Glassdoor for recent employee insight; you will be concerned.

But I was told this place was different (NOT) I feel they do a lot of guessing instead of backing up their supposed diagnosis with proof AND I FEEL that ST FRANCIS SOUTH & this PLACE DID MY LOVED ONE IN. SHE DID NOT SURVIVE THIS PLACE. INSTEAD OF LAYING IN A HOSPITAL BED SHE IS LAYING ON A SLAB IN THE MORGUE! Only one person in that place had any sincerity & empathy a gentleman patient advocate. I had read some awful reviews on here & to be honest it terrified me. But a family member said no this is a good place. I don't agree. They say if the head is messed up then so is the rest of the body . Well the medical director is the head & a real piece of work , so go figure. People at the desk are not aware of surnames when you question them their response is well I don't know everyone's last name here. Geez I would not recommend this place for any individual or loved one. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a living nightmare! Three weeks since the funeral home filed the death certificate & the physician still has not filled in their required portion & signed it. In the state of Oklahoma you have 48 hours to complete this NO EXCUSES! And also, Medical records allowing the records to just sit there for 23 days knowing that supposedly that they needed one more piece of info & claiming to have contacted the appropriate family member & not able to reach them, which is a fallacy! They did not ever contact them whatsoever! not sending it in to Scion for the family to receive a copy of it. Had a phone call not been made they would be sitting there indefinitely Obviously, they at Cornerstone believe that they are above and beyond the law & exempt from following protocol in compliance with the state of Oklahoma. The so called poor excuse for a medical director & this place needs to be fully investigated by Scion health and/or the state of Oklahoma! There is no viable excuse for their actions or the lack there of. They continue to sweep things under the rug & the probability is that it has been done for quite some time now. Well you know what occurs when things are swept under the rug, it starts getting full, then all comes out at once! They need to face consequences. Not just a slap on the hand type thing. This unethical behavior warrants putting a stop to this once & for all and whatever repercussions that comes with it. WARNING: It is not a good place for you nor your loved ones! First paperwork was filled out incorrectly and sent, then when I asked them to resend after doing it correctly they told me they couldn't guarantee that it would get done. She was right.

My child's doctor recommended them saying they were the best. They discriminate against children…read morefor no VALID reason. It is a true shame that children cannot receive the help they need. If there was a true reason for a child to not be seen there you would think they would do their due diligence to make sure it was a valid reason. They don't. So just be aware. If the Referral Coordinator has a grudge against you, your child will not be seen here. So very unprofessional.
