The staff in that office have fun together and look for ways to interact with patients unrelated to why they are there ( taking their minds off their pain and issues). Thank you!

At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day. Everyone here does what they do because they love helping others. I highly, highly recommend coming here. You'll be glad you did.

They were not the friendliest, most sympathetic , most caring staff. But I must add I let them know that doctors in that building had let me down before. Like not finding/acknowledging 4 broken bones in my foot years earlier. The radiologist seemed competent and explained why he thought he was. Again, not my first rodeo. But when the apparently rushed doctor (or just uncaring) diagnosed 2 sprained ankles and provided a not well fitted boot, my trepidations climbed. We left. Due to past experience I called podiatrist Dr Brad Beasley who had found the 4 broken bones a couple years earlier that TBJ had missed/ignored. No, I didn't have 2 sprained ankles, I had one and the ankle was broken with a piece floating. I needed surgery. Working through it, but confident. He is the most thorough and caring doctor you can find. He is honest and will provide advice you may not want to hear. But it's because he sincerely cares. 6

We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I left in the exact same situation as when I went in. What a waste of my time and their time. I cannot imagine ever needing this type of medical expertise in the future; I will stay at home with my Tylenol And ice pack.

*** Covid compliant ***…read more I can't recommend Dr Brad Beasley and staff enough. They are awesome, I'd never go anywhere else. I may be prejudiced, but why not? Let me explain how I discovered this clinic. I walked on broken bones in my foot for 4 (four) months. Yes, it was excruciating and swollen, see pic. I was beside myself, as I often am, surrounded by incompetence. An MRI showed nothing. Okay, I went on holiday vacation. It didn't get any better. Desperate I sought out a foot specialist. Finally got in, his X-rays showed nothing. "Come back in two weeks," he said after making me stand on my toes. "You'll get better so you can just blow me off." A week later I called in pain and began my own research, as we all do when faced with incompetency. Dr.Foot Specialist said, "There's someone I want you to see." Well, sure, you're no help. And he sent me Dr. Beasley. After x-rays (again) Brad rushed in and said, "You have broken bones in your foot. See?" Yea, that looked pretty bad. "Why didn't Dr Foot Specialist see that?" I asked. "He didn't take weight bearing x-rays." It seemed so simple. And Brad Beasley seemed to really care. I've gone here more than once. But know, this clinic is not a secret. It can take a while to get in and it's not emergency care. They will tell you to go to emergency if you need to. I won't. I'll remain in pain until I can see Brad. They're located in BA, attached to St John BA. No matter. They're worth it. Great staff.
