This man is as unprofessional as they come when it comes to issuing receipts. We needed a receipt to be reimbursed by a certain company. The man kept promising day after day to send it, kept asking for information/details about the vehicle that's needed for the receipt after giving it to him before visa text. He went so far as to block our numbers so we'd stop calling him. I mean HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE A RECEIPT? And he can read and write because he was responding via text so clearly that wasn't the issue. Even the garage where we dropped the vehicle off told us good luck because all customers who used his services have the same problem. Not professional at all. So, if you don't need a receipt to be reimbursed, and you're ok with him being late then I guess you'd be fine. Otherwise RUN ‍!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. I tried again on Sunday..... nothing happened When I called AAA they told me they were short staffed and due to my call is labeled as a non-emergency I should call back on Monday! on Monday I called and when I'm telling you it was a breeze! Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered. Sorry to report that this business has closed due to the death of the owner, Ken, in early 2022. I…read moream very sad to learn this news, since I had recommended them to another friend, and wondered why they don't answer the phone. I stopped by the other day, and there are cars parked inside a locked gate, but no signs of life anywhere. Ken and H&M had been recommended to me by another friend when a different mechanic's repair of my 2003 Honda Accord ended up with sludge in my engine. (I had used that previous Honda-only mechanic for many years, but then stopped using them after they messed up my car. I couldn't trust them anymore.) Ken told me that I would have been better off replacing my engine instead of repairing it, and that it would have cost about the same, or even less, to do that. Ken and H&M were always honest and reliable. I have since traded in that old Honda Accord for a new one, and was looking forward to going back to Ken and H&M after my manufacturer's service contract on my new car expired. Sadly, due to Ken's death and the closing of this business, I will need to find a different mechanic if I don't want to continue using the Honda dealer where I purchased my new car. There are no signs outside that the business is closed. I'm guessing the family is still in a bit of shock. I have attached a photo showing the gate is closed during normal business hours.

The store I bought the battery from said that the battery needed charging, but I knew better since it wouldn't hold any charge since after driving for 30 minutes. When I showed Ken, he helped me right away with testing the battery and confirming that I need it replaced. He insisted that I don't drive the car until it got replaced. After the store replaced the battery, everything is all fixed with my car! I will be coming here for all my car needs. I am thankful for Ken's quick response to my problem.
