The texting service they use is so seamless. It provides you with answers quickly even if your service person is t available. It is clear and user friendly. It texts you the services and prices of each as numbers. Then you can choose if you want just number one done or one thru four or whatever. The prices were surprising reasonable. I had a long list of things done including new brakes, a/c service and a towing hitch installed. The location is right off the highway. Checkin is easy and so is pickup. They even did a complementary car wash.

They missed a lug nut on my wheels when getting new tires, let me drive around with it, and the owner went straight into defense mode and claimed that it was missing to begin with. He wouldn't refund me for the install cost and was nasty. This place is also unprofessional, they never call you when your vehicle is done despite always asking when I'm there. Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. He just looked at me and kept eating his lunch when I walked in. This place is not reliable and I wouldn't trust them. The owner has no integrity or honesty.

Don't work on a car if you don't know how to repair that model. But, why let making money get in the way? duh. I later took it to another shop who said I need a new starter.Problem solved. How simple is that? How simple is robbie not catching that a starter needs replacing?It's not rocket science. Simple problem but robbie wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Typical. Took it back to them. I had the starter issue and electrical issue. They charged me cash money for saying they fixed it but didn't. I take it back and good ole robbie says "no." No what? Keep in mind kbb uses avg of all sales and purchases to give you these trade in prices. Well here is where you get played, they say this amount ($$) is the best we can do. They tell you they don't have a margin to be able to offer more based off "their business" model. They suggest hey we are a certified CARMX certified trade company or something like that. Send in the vin an miles and pics and they will give you a price which is usually more than our. We can use that amount as a trade and CARMAX will come pick the car up and sale it because we can't make a better profit. They already know what CARMAX offer will be and come in lower in order to insinuate CARMAX offers more because they make their profits on the finance side rather than the sale side. We guess what, they didn't sell the vehicle (little blue SUV on their lot) to CARMAX as they said they were because there is not profit in it. They chose to keep it and list it for more than $8K more lol. They lied about this on the front end and the back end in order to get you thinking they were not going to keep it to sell based off no profit to be made, then turn around and keep it to make $8k. No profit?, LOL. You would think a dealer would want home town return customers and to maintain them they build relationships of trust and mutual understanding, I have no doubt a company want to make a profit and 3 to 5K would be not unreasonable but to gauge for $8k and lie up front about it, nope!! ** This is in now way reflective of the service department, we have owned several Lexus vehicles and the service department there is very very good. Kayla was my assigned Service Asvisor. The dealership is easy to find and plenty of space to pull up and be received. Kayla explained the first service includes tire rotation, brake check, tire check and fluids top off! The estimated wait was an hour and 45 minutes but everything was completed within an an hour and 15 Minutes. The waiting area is spacious and conducive to remote working. There are private booths for a more quiet experience! Coffee, water, sodas are available for consumption. Overall great experience, will revisit!

This review deals only with the Sales (Internet and In-person) department…read more Despite not buying the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV (more on why later), everyone I dealt with (phone / Internet Sales, Receptionist, Saleman (Alonzo T.) And the Sales Manager were very prompt, polite, helpful and responsive. Before driving 30, or so miles (betater than 36), one way, I've seen photos of the 2022 Bolt EUV. And, the 2 colors I was looking at were Silver Flare (not in stock, but at a sister dealership), and Grey Ghost. Sadly, in person, the Grey Ghost color was darker than I wanted (the website picture looked lighter than it actually is). And, I was considering the Silver Flare, but it would be 48 hours before it could be delivered (though they do have at-home delivery). And, while the EUV is comfortable (much better support vs the pre-2021 Bolt) to drive, from a safety standpoint (speaking as a former Driving Instructor for nearly 14 years), I didn't like the size, location and operations of the brake lights. On at least one of the Forums for the Bolt, I read several posts on how one poster has been nearly rear-ended 2x. And, another actually got a ticket (in Nevada) for the brake lights being too low; not funny, but I still LoL at it. Despite the hatch mounted fixtures that look like taillights, the actual brake lights / turn signal and 4-way Emergency flashers are located in the bumper, about 25 inches of the ground, which is within regulations. But, the 2" x 6" size, and being located in the bumper, is, for me, too dangerous (besides inattentive drivers, drivers tend to look directly ahead. And, based on the Forum posts of being rear-ended, I decided, from a safety standpoint, not to buy the vehicle. :-( Though for sure, once I decided not too, there was a noticeable difference in attitude (negative) from the Sales staff. Hence, the 4 Star rating.
