For a synthetic oil change (0W-20), I paid $62.28 (please refer to the picture for verification). I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs work on their car, and I definitely plan on returning again! Pros: ****if you call ahead and ask for an estimate for known repairs, you will know exactly what you plan on paying for (for ex: oil change)****, professional, knowledgeable, will accept reservations for *almost all* services, great estimates for how long your repairs should take, you are greeted from the start and the staff work hard to ensure that you are always informed with what repairs are being done at the time and which ones may be needed sooner or later (giving both mileage vs. months) Cons: do not accept reservations for oil changes at this time, so oil changes are first come first served (BUT! I was able to go early on a Friday morning, and was informed that it should take around 15 mins and it did!) ========================================================== Longer version: I called ahead for an estimate for an oil change and was able to speak with Kevin, the store manager, who truly made me feel as though they would take great care of my car and gave me an exact estimate for the synthetic oil change (using 0W-20) as $62.28 (a $5 discount was given as I am a new customer on my first visit!). Kevin also informed me that I would be greeted and guided throughout my entire experience. When I arrived to the Log Cabin location, I noticed there were 2 hubs on the left hand side of the lobby and 3 on the right. I was greeted and asked about which repairs I was looking for today. I was instructed to head over to the right side where they would take care of my oil change. I did ask for Kevin to see if he was available, but I was told that Kevin was working on another car at the time. Nonetheless, I was taken care of immediately by other crew members. After filling out a new customer info sheet, my car was serviced by Glenn, the hood tech, and his co-worker, "MW" the pitt tech, who both did a great job! I chose to stay with my car during the visit, and I was astounded by the amount of information that Glenn was willing to share during my visit. He also walked me through a 2 page info packet which showed the status of many parts for my car and informed about the recommendations for now and for later along with the costs for each. ****Before finalizing the transaction, Glenn came around and showed me the dipstick for the oil and I personally was able to see that yes, fresh oil had been put in, and yes, the oil level was at the new high. This was very surprising to me as I have never had a technician at the repair location verify with me on-site that I was satisfied with my oil change (and I am guilty of pulling off to the side to personally check the dipstick myself after oil changes!) It was refreshing to see that the technicians were confident with their work and willing to show the customer prior to requesting payment!**** After paying, I was given my receipt and a guide flyer as to how to write a review too. I was guided out of the hub and out in about 15 mins! With how well I was taken care of today, I can only thank the technicians at Log Cabin with continuing to be a customer and hoping to bring more with the well-deserved 5/5 star review!

They missed a lug nut on my wheels when getting new tires, let me drive around with it, and the owner went straight into defense mode and claimed that it was missing to begin with. He wouldn't refund me for the install cost and was nasty. This place is also unprofessional, they never call you when your vehicle is done despite always asking when I'm there. Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. Then I found Chancy in Kathleen and let me tell you, that is the way a mechanic business is run. Always inexpensive (1/2 what the dealer wanted in my case), gave me a call early the day after I dropped it off telling me what they found, gave me my car back the next day every time, and was as honest as they get. I recommend this mechanic over any other in the Warner Robins area!

We called Discount Tire to verify they had the tire we needed in stock. They had the tire but the tow would be pushing it to get it there by closing time. I left the store angry as they tried to tell me it was normal wear and tear that caused the leak. The car had no leaks before this happened. Not completely satisfied with how it was handled, but happier. Today our new to us truck had a break light and ABS warning come on. They were the closest. Grrrrrr. Right? Wrong. Sometimes second chances can be a good thing. The fellow actually came right out and assessed the issue and gave us peace of mind. He couldn't fix the issue last night, but assured us that the breaks wouldn't fail over this issue. Then said he would get our truck in first thing in the morning. Which he did and the repair is complete. The customer service was actually very pleasant and much appreciated this time around. We'll be back. Hopefully not often, but certainly as needed.

I knew when it happened that I probably damaged my tire, but I had no idea what I hit in the pitch black darkness of a country road. Turns out, my rim was bent so my tire was losing air. I took my Nissan Rogue to Raffield on the advice of the maintenance guy at my hotel. Raffield was able to straighten my rim and get the tire to seal again. Because I was traveling, they did this for me at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about Raffield! They were professional, clear in communication about the problem and very, very kind. I will use them again for sure for any auto issues while I'm in Warner Robins!
