Omg! These guys are absolutely amazing!!!! We have something to compare them to as well. We've been in business over 20 years and have had all of our work vehicles wrapped. We were always happy with our wraps before, until the last one. We used the same company we had before but were very disappointed. It was finally time to change, which I am always leery of. Well, it was the best decision we've ever made!!!! We have the best looking wrap I've ever seen! They did all the designing for us! I didn't have to make a single change which I was shocked! I was looking for a graphic designer. Brian the owner was quick to get me in and took down all my ideas along with my contact info (email, phone #) He had me pay upfront for services, which is fine. As a business owner myself, I understand upfront payments. Upon paying, I overheard a phone conversation from an incoming caller that sounded like he was put on the back burner and Brian's demeanor was dismissive and "not so big of a deal" but I disregarded and paid the man. He told me he would have my project completed on two weeks. 2.5 weeks goes by and I contact him in which he said "I didn't have your contact info to send you the mock ups but I'll call you right back" which was not true. I watched him input into his project folder and save it. 2 more weeks goes by and still no call so I message him on IG which he responds "I sent them, you didn't receive" -- they were nowhere in my email. He quickly sends me the mock ups, I had them asked for a couple of revisions. He said he would get back to me right away with them.... 2 more weeks goes by and still nothing. I have to reach out again. This happened an additional time before I gave up. Called my bank to dispute. He rebuttled with his "no refund policy" and to be honest- he's a crooked business man that cannot uphold his timelines and now I'm out $600 and no graphics because I won't do business with this guys further. I spent weeks looking for a place to tint my car. Quality was a big issue for me I've had places in the past where the tint starts peeling within a year. Whenever I take the time to rate a company on Yelp they either get 4 stars and above or 1 star. Unfortunately Brian and 1 day wraps got my wife's SUV back to me after having it for 4 days and not complete. I called ahead of time to pick it up since I live far away and it was ready. It was clear to me by the quality of work that not only had they quickly wrapped it before I got there, didn't bother with the tint and Brian hadn't even taken a look at it until I got there. 1 day wraps took 4 days and he didn't even seem apologetic nor offer to make it right. Very disappointed, especially since I was sent to him on the recommendation of a friend. My only they I can suggest is visit his shop and see the bitchin decor and yet unorganized messy office and shop. The staff didn't have you fill out any paperwork or sign anything yet trash and papers everywhere. I hope they'll see this and change for the better, he seemed to be a cool dude. read more

As in installer, the kit I was sent was lacking. Everything was reverse wound around core including the pre-masked items which led to the material and backing to be separated during shipping allowing dirt to get between there. The box was too big for the wrap and there was no additional packing material, no protective sleeve or packing at all so the edges were all damaged. If I were the client and saw this I would have asked for a re-print with someone who cares to get it ready for shipping. read more
