I made my reservation and I showed up on time expecting to pick up my trailer and be on my way. NOPE. Employees were in the office and could clearly see me but wouldn't answer the door. So I called their phone and no surprise they don't answer that either. I was getting ready to leave when the fedex truck arrived and they immediately came out for that. When I asked if I could pick up the trailer I reserved I was told "I'm on lunch, I'll have to call someone for you and you may have to go to another location?" What? No one is forcing you to provide UHAUL's but if YOU choose to do so I expect it to be run at least as professionally as your primary business. UNLESS this is also how you run your printing business which is what my guess is since they were ignoring me well before they knew I was there for a UHAUL pickup. Save your time and money and skip this place if this is how they handle customers you'd be better off doing business elsewhere.
