I want to share my personal experience with ProSight so other dental professionals can make…read moreinformed decisions before signing any long-term marketing contracts. I entered into a 12-month agreement with ProSight, with the understanding and expectation--based on their own representations--that my patient flow would significantly increase, or at least improve by noticble percentage over the course of the year. Their main service for my practice was supposed to be SEO optimization and digital marketing focused on attracting new patients. Unfortunately, after eight months, I did not receive a single new patient that came from ProSight's marketing efforts. My total return on investment has been zero, despite paying them approximately $8,000 over this period. Throughout the contract, I repeatedly expressed my concerns about the lack of results and requested to terminate the agreement early, explaining that the partnership clearly wasn't working for my practice. Despite multiple attempts to communicate--via email and other channels--I received little to no meaningful response. My concerns went ignored, and the only consistent follow-up I experienced was related to payment, not performance or support. From my perspective, the service I received did not match the expectations set at the beginning of the contract, and the lack of responsiveness made an already disappointing situation even more frustrating. I'm sharing this so fellow dentists and practice owners can be cautious and fully evaluate whether this company is the right fit before committing to a long-term contract. This is only my personal experience, but based on what I went through, I would strongly advise colleagues to proceed carefully, ask detailed questions about deliverables, and consider whether a long-term obligation is appropriate when results are uncertain. Setting up, configuring, installing theme packs, uploading zip files, hours and hours later, chat with tech support, so much time and energy wasted. Citizens, do not succumb to the lure of inexpensive hosting! There is so much more to driving than steering! Tucked tail and called Xcel to setup and host my new site. Dan was fantastic to work with, he couldn't have been more helpful. I brought in my own plain hats and a picture of a logo I wanted embroidered on them. Other businesses would not let me use my own hats that I had already purchased. Dan let me know that for future orders he could get the hats for me at a better price than I had paid, but we could use my hats since I already had them. He then recreated my logo on his computer because they need a file with the logo to be able to embroider it on items. He emailed me a sample of the logo for approval before they proceeded. Then he spent about an hour with me looking at different color combinations in addition to showing me around their business and explaining how the process works and the steps they take to ensure quality. The hats were done on time and I couldn't have been happier with the final product and the process of working with Dan and his team! My logo ended up taking more stitches than Dan had originally estimated but he didn't charge me any extra! I highly recommend SoCal Impressions to anyone who needs screen printing and/or embroidery done!!!
